Placed a order for 6 people today and waited over 1 and 1/2 hours and food was as if it was cooked then left out and then microwaved it before it was delivered to us. Food was horrible and everyone had bad gas my double bacon cheeseburger was burnt and half of the bun and mushy threw most of it away. That place need all NEW MANAGERMENT & WORKERS. I really have nothing good to say about this Culver's. It's a shame because Culver's is one of my favorite restaurants too. But this location is an absolute disaster. I'm yet to have a good experience there. Be prepared to wait at least 20-30 mins each time you go. I sat in the drive thru for a whole entire hour before I received my food. I've gone 5 times now, and five times my order has been wrong. I always order a cheeseburger, single, swiss cheese, ketchup. lettuce, tomato, pickle, grilled onion. Staff was nice, but i my Reuben was made with sourdough bread instead of rye. Staff wear the their blue food service gloves and do not remove them to wash their hands after contaminating the gloves. Staff take your order, touch the register and cash, then grab your food and touch the fries all with the dirty gloves. Staff bring out the food to cars wear the gloves, touch the doors and go and touch food all while wearing the same gloves. Gross. I would not recommend this location. read more

The service is good, the food is good but the last year or so, it's been a filthy mess in here. I can see having a couple of times where the day was so busy that the crew couldn't keep up with the cleaning, but we have been frequenting this location consistently over the last year and it's always dirty. The drink area is the worst! And the ketchup dispenser, yuck! The drink lid dispenser is very gross and doesn't work properly either. I don't know whose managing this location, but they need to step it up or the owner needs to get a new manager. read more

Last time I visited Culvers in New Lenox, I got very sick (ecoli) from the food. I learned that 3 of my friends also got very ill from eating at this location. There needs to be a health inspection. Tuesday Oct 14 Lauren in the drive thru was so awesome and patient. It was my first time ever visiting one of these and she was multitasking with entering stuff in the computer and rattling off the menu to me with all of my questions....loved her energy. We first discovered Culvers in Louisville Kentucky while traveling and have since wanted to return, even though their prices are a bit high. We live in Ohio and there are none near us. So when we traveled to Illinois recently we sought one out. The food was hot, fresh and timely. However, there weren't many other customers there at the time. The bathrooms, on the other hand were gross. You could smell pee even before you walked in. And for them to be so close to where food is made, is just unpleasant. We didn't eat in the restaurant though. The dining room was in need of some attention. If the staff could find someone to clean up the place, they would get a much better review. read more

So it's either here in New Lenox or a road trip to J-Town. This experience sucked! I mean the food was good but the cashier was just awful. First of all two of our orders were messed up but then the worst part was like I said, the cashier. His name was Landon according to his name tag and he had an awful attitude towards us and even swore when he saw the size of our group (there were literally 6 of us plus another group of about 15 showed up and we were sure that he was throwing a tantrum) and when we would order he barely paid any attention to us and even forgot to give some of us our drinks.
