Having been raised in WI I can say the food and custard is amazing. The service is spot on!

We got our usual order, and the food was what we expected. Unfortunately, this particular location was filthy. The trash cans were overflowing, the condiment station was a mess, the floors were covered with trash, and the bathrooms were in terrible condition as well. We visited around 8:00 p.m. on a Wednesday night, and it wasn't especially busy. There were plenty of associates behind the counter, so I would have expected at least one employee to be maintaining the dining room. I recently visited and had a burger that I really enjoyed, which is why this experience was so disappointing. After having surgery, I wasn't able to drive, so I tried to place an order remotely. I called, but they don't accept phone orders. Their message instructed customers to text instead, so I did. They initially responded, but then completely stopped replying and never followed through with my order. The only other option listed was email, which isn't practical when you're trying to order food in real time. For a place that serves great food, the lack of basic, reliable customer service is incredibly frustrating. It shouldn't be this difficult to place an order, especially when you're following the exact instructions they provide. read more

Culvers in Orange Beach is very similar to the one in Foley except they have a different ice cream schedule which works out great for getting different flavors. I recently had their "spicy" chicken sandwich... it 100% was NOT spicy... I've had lots of their other food and it tends to be above average food compared to other fast food joints. Overall it is a usually good place with good food that stays open til 10pm while a lot of others close earlier. read more

I was craving ice cream and took my family of 5 in to enjoy a treat. After ordering and waiting 15 minutes I went to the counter to check the status of my order. I was told "it'd be a min" there was only 1 worker on ice cream. After waiting about 30 minutes total my husband went up to the counter and returned with our ice cream. Most items were partially melted and honestly not very good. I was very disappointed. Upon leaving we couldn't even find an inch of space anywhere around the three trash cans to pile any more trash up. We were in town for softball and I have already spread the word to our team not to stop here for food or ice cream. read more

For fast food, I do recommend this place. The service is always excellent. The place is clean and as a single person, I feel comfortable going there and eating a hamburger or getting a dessert. They have a drive-by to order and pick up and sometimes I use that but many times I just sit at one of the tables and eat a hamburger. They have a variety of fast foods you can order. read more

As a true Cheesehead, finding a Culver's far from home is always welcomed. I stick with the basics. Flavor of the day ( all flavors of custard ice cream are great) , Regular fries, and Cheese Curds. We decided to give this place a try for lunch, since we were hungry and getting gas across the road. Didn't realize it was a "take out" place with a drive thru. We were hoping for more of a casual sit down restaurant. But we went in anyway. Service at the counter was pleasant. They gave us time to stare up at the menu and figure things out. My partner had something we saw suggested in a Facebook post about where to get a good burger, it was a "Smash Pub" burger of some sort. Came with fries and a drink. I had 6 butterfly shrimp and subbed the fries for mash n' gravy and had a drink. Food came to our table fair fast. We enjoyed both meals. The shrimp breading was light and crispy and his burger was very fulfilling. Total was $29.57. We wouldn't go out of our way to go here, but if we were hungry and driving by, we'd stop again! read more

New location nearer to us so we will be stopping in more often I imagine. We love the cheese curds, butter burgers patty melt and custard. The menu has a nice variety and service at the drive through is pretty fast and friendly. Recommend over other fast food choices in the area. read more

The burger was okay. We were in the mood for a burger and it was handy so it met what we wanted but nothing past that. Better than some burger places, worse than others so a 3 seems appropriate. We love Culver's and I usually order a Mushroom and Swiss with Tomato, Onion, pickle, and lettuce added. Unfortunately my toppings were pretty sad. I'm not used to this type of service from a Culver's establishment. We are here on vacation. Fortunately, we won't be coming back to this store again. Service in the drive was good. Last two times I went to this place they have screwed my order up, first time left out all the fries. Cool no big deal, but today 2 out of the 3 burgers I ordered were missing the top bun, how does that even happen. read more
