That's why CFA is so popular. Atmosphere: Not much to say, looks clean inside. I didn't really explore or anything though... Service: This review is mostly based on a shoutout for Christian, the guy that was helping at the front of the store, plus all of the staff. This is probably the most efficient and NICEST CFA I've been too. I was there three nights in a row, every time I had consistent, pleasant service. CFA is known for this, but I mean, come on, can't be perfect every time. But whatever this particular branch is doing, keep it up! Everyone was just nice to me, everyone deserves a bonus. Price: CFA has always been a tad bit more expensive than other fast food places, but like I always say, I'm willing to pay a little more if it is solid. And you know you're getting a solid piece of chicken here. I have always been a fan. Overall: This particular branch seems especially busy, but in all the times I have gone, they have always gotten my order correct AND they always seem super engaged, happy, non-combative, you know... overall good service. So Chik has been closed for months for renovations..we have missed it.. we were out early today so decided to stop by..delicious as always..prices of course like everywhere have gone up a little..we ordered pickup ,you now have to get in the drive thru line and let them know at the menu board u have a mobile order..there is no more curbside pick up so I thought oh no this is not good..but it was fast and seamless.. and everyone is so friendly like they love their job..they have 2 drive thru lines.i understand the inside is all different but will have to check that out later..their Meyer lemonade is still delicious and refreshing..we will be back its the only fast food restaurant we really like here and quality antibiotic free chicken.. read more

A very busy location. We did curbside pickup using the app. We were pulling a TB and parked along the Main Street. It took about 10 minutes for the Mobil order to be walked out to me. The food was not very warm as we ate it while driving away. Hash browns get soggy after they get cold. Eggs cooked well on sandwich and bowl. read more

I wait patiently in the line allowing the drive through traffic to have access. While the staff allowed people to go around and cut through the barricades. Because the order taker was distracted flirting with a guy. After the fourth car did it and I hadn't moved they apologize. They get 2 stars because when I wanted out of the line because I am not support this business with my money they did move the barrier for me to leave. Can I just saw WOW!! This am I had placed a curbside order but was stuck in the actual parking lot before I could get it. While trying to get to the curbside numbers I asked an employee that was walking to a vehicle where curbside was. He responded and told me it was around the circle. 2 min later an employee was coming out with my food without me even reaching curbside! I just want to say AMAZING service! I've been going to this Chick Fil A because I live right down the street and my son loves their fruit. That's why I'm writing my review today because the service I received from the Team Leader through the drive thru was unprofessional. I always order a fruit cup with only strawberries due to my sons fruit allergy and I know he will eat them, he will not touch the oranges/ apples and his fruit allergy is to the blueberries. The team lead told me that Chick Fil A no longer does a single fruit. I spoke with the employee about not getting the fruit cup which she was very sweet, but the lead was rude and said yeah I just wouldn't get it like it would be in HIS best interest. Absolutely amazing service. I was rushing to get to Chick-fil-A in time before it closed and as I got to the door it was already locked. However, an employee let us into the restaurant even though the doors were already locked. I proceeded to order my food. After they notified me that it might take a few minutes for it to be ready. Less then 5 minutes later they tell me my food is ready and gave me a free cookie and chicken sandwich due to the "wait". They were already closing down the restaurant, let me in after it being locked, took a few minutes to get my food ready and gave me free food for the inconvenience. These guys rock. They have a new drive-thru service they called "face to face ordering." Basically instead of speaking to a person over a speaker in the drive-thru, you have someone on an iPad taking your order outside. Brilliant. It felt more personal, and the guy (though I'm sure he was dying in the heat) was super friendly. I had a fairly large order, but the other Chickfila employee outside taking orders was able to take 3 more orders from cars behind me while waiting for my order to be placed. Once again, Chickfila supersedes their competition. We were in and out of the drive-thru in 5 minutes. Food was hot, staff friendly, and order correct. Fast food done right. read more
