I have to say, this is absolutely a worthwhile experience. If you have kids with you during your visit. Our son absolutely loves his place. The ice cream and different product offerings are usually fantastic. Their presentation is always on spot. Service is a bit hit and miss, our order taker last week seemed genuinely uninterested and not welcoming at all. Everyone has an off day, and it is the end of the summer season, so I'm sure there's some fatigue there. This is a safe, clean and comfortable environment that I don't think twice about letting our teenager go in by himself and dine in if we are walking around the shopping center. Went for the first time while on vacation a couple of weeks ago and wouldn't go back. It was super busy, no where to sit but it wasn't very clean. Sadly, the young girl at the register looked scared when I handed her cash to pay instead of a card. Turns out she didn't know how to count change and shorted me the amount and when I told her I needed .47 cents back, she handed me one quarter and a nickel then asked if that was right! I politely told her what the amount was and she was still confused and just gave me a dollar back! So check your money if you pay with cash. This is a trend with the younger generation sadly as it's happened in other places. My order was wrong as well but it was corrected. Overall, I personally wouldn't go back, very pricey even just for one scoop of ice cream and cleanliness should be a priority. They have edible cookie dough too! But I just chose to try what they're most known for, their crazy milkshakes. I tried the Sea Turtle, and yes, it was good, thick, and creamy. Pecan praline ice cream, chocolate and caramel fudge with waffle cone pieces, chocolate covered turtles, and a whole lotta whip cream. But definitely not worth almost $20. A quart came out to be about $18 not including tax, and a pint is about $14 without tax. It's nice that you get to keep the mason jar and all. And you can take some artsy pics around the shop. Trying to convince my children they could share was a lost cause. We stopped in on a split second decision on the way out of town (around noon'ish) after trying twice throughout the week and deciding against the long lines. We were the only people there for five minutes or so before a new line started. Insane. This is a perfect vacation spot where you live a little more freely with your decisions.
