So far, not so good. We are big fans of Culver's and we're excited we would have one a little closer. They did just open recently, so it could be that they need to work out kinks. -That being said, it took way longer than usual (at other locations) to get our food. -Nobody was walking around picking up trays or asking how everything was and if we needed anything else. -My kids ordered their custard after they ate, got the table number marker and we waited, and waited, and waited.. finally my husband went to see what the hold up was and they told him the machine was down. Which happens, BUT they could have checked orders they had open for custard and went to tell the people who ordered it that they were never getting it. Or if there was a problem even when we ordered to just let us know it was broken. My husbands chicken on his grilled chicken sandwich was also overcooked to the point he had to peel the top layer off. They had several people standing around that could have been helping with logistics... I think we will stick to the one in Zephyrhills, but nice try Plant City. read more

Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Burnt burgers with no redeeming qualities. Wrong orders. Should I go on? The cheese curds are good but those come frozen in a bag. The burgers are just plain bad. Burnt to a crisp and with no flavor. And I understand they should be crispy but not black every time. Steak and shake had a better patty. Extremely upset by the amount of money I paid for such a low quality sandwich. This is my 2nd time visiting and will not be back. read more

This has to be the slowest Culver's there is. The workers are not the prototypical Culver's happy/helpful workers, they are unpleasant.

Horrible , cashier wants to argue back and forth . Do your job and keep it moving . Food was horrible and burnt

We had never been to a Culver's so had no expectations. I thought it was OK although in my opinion there are better burger places within our general area. (Including Lakeland in that) The service was fine and I have to say the shake was great. I will try a some of the other options next time I go there. read more

This place is now charging for honey mustard. You won't find that on the menu. They will tell you after they deliver the food. Go get in line for another transaction under a dollar or enjoy your chicken tenders with ketchup. No other Culver's I've been to has this practice. read more

Why are they so stingy with condiments at the drive thru? Even if you request ketchup, there is a very good chance it will not be in the bag. That is so frustrating. read more

Culvers is a great place, terrific food and amazing custard! So glad they are near us in plant city.

Culver's is amazing. I'm confused as to why they were given a low star rating. You can't go wrong at Culver's, unless you're on a diet. LOL

This place needs new management or ownership. They don't care how long the food takes, wether it's right or how to even talk to customers. Plus the restaurant looks disgusting. read more

Honestly worst Culver's I've ever been too. I get that this place is new but the fact that they send there employees to be trained and for them too be this bad of a place is crazy. First sign of bad place too eat was the fact that another costumer was say that her chicken sandwich was raw and when she complained the cook came from the back of the kitchen too tell her that's how it's supposed to be cooked should have been my first sign too get out and when I got my food the cheese wasn't melted on the patty but was freezing cold bad experience highly don't recommend read more

If you want to spend 30-45 mins waiting for your food in the drive thru only to get your entire order wrong look no further, this is the place. I rate 1 star because at least they got 1 out of 3 of my drinks correctly. read more

First impression was poor when I entered the ladies room before ordering. Urine and TP all over the handicap stall. Next up, the young man who took our order was so lazy he leaned on the counter the whole time with one hand and just couldn't fine the energy to stand up straight, speak clearly and use 2 hands to give us our table tent or cups. Then there were no ketchup cups, they had lids for them, but no cups to put it in and the ketchup dispenser also needed a good cleaning. Floors in both the order area and the dining room were littered with food and debris. If I wanted to eat in a dump I would have gone to McDonalds or Burger King across the street. And there were plenty of workers just standing around that it should have been cleaned. However, the food was good. I expect better from Culver's!!!! read more

They were out of sprite... yeah SPRITE. Like I can get dollar drinks at McDonald's It's a miracle I'd even waste my money at Culver's. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND SPRITE-LESS. I would go back though but I don't know how to cook and I'm poor so I don't have many options. read more

Terrible service it took forever to get food and when the food finally arrived it was not hot and they shorted us cheese curds a whole order of curds when we mentioned it to the girl she said yes they were throwing more down now 15 mins later we asked as the rest of our food was done she said yes I will go get them I get this place is new but come on it's a fast food chain they need to have the crap together! On the way out we ordered ice cream and it was melted already we threw it away and walked out! Culver's in the Midwest is always good I hope it's just cause they are new because it's usually a good place to eat, oh and we did not see a manager on site! read more

Bugars and fries are horrible. Would have much rather made my own burger and fries at the house!! Next time will go to McDonald's

Poor service, chaotic and unorganized employees. 50 minutes for two hamburgers and fries. Calling them slow would be a compliment. I waited over a month on purpose to let them get kinks out, it was very obvious I didn't wait long enough. Enjoyed Culver's in Brandon but will wait a long time to I go back to the Plant City store. I could not tell who was in charge of the chaos so I did not confront anyone at the poorly ran Resturant. I hope they succeed because I hate to see businesses fail in my home town. read more
