Did a walk in order for a double cheese with lettuce, tomato, onions, mayonnaise, mustard, and ketchup. Basket with a strawberries shake. Went to Ellis field just two blocks down. My burber was a mess falling out of the wrapper mixed into the fries. Note the bage was in perfect shape. U had to put the cold burgers back together. I wish I could give it -5 stars! The whole experience at this DQ, was a shit show from start to finish. We looked online at their menu... And then pulled into the drive-through, we were told that we cannot order food through the drive-through that we had to come inside the restaurant... OK, we park the car, go inside and order. We ordered a double cheeseburger, two chili dogs, fries, and onion rings. We were told they do not have fries or onion rings... That's OK that happens. We opened our food up after waiting for 15 minutes for it, only to find out that the burger was a grilled cheese Cuban sandwich. .. we go back in to complain and ask for the burger, we were told that they don't serve burgers there... They never have. So why didn't the sales person tell us this when we ordered the burger? And also, why does the website have burgers and fries and onion mix on it?! Absolutely awful!!! The customer service needs a lot of help. There is a lack of care from all of the female employees especially the one with the purple in her hair, but I guess when you're related to the Manager I guess you can do whatever you want. We both got a cone 3 times in a matter of 2 weeks and the cones were STALE! We were going to complain to the manager but when the employee says "don't bother, they're all related, and nothing ever happens" well I guess we won't be going back. read more

I had parked my car here for an event that was around here. After attending I decided to get some ice cream. I haven't had a banana split in a long time so I got one. For about $8.00 dollars it was a good portion. Cashier was very helpful. read more

Received this order through doordash. Paid extra for additional toppings on both blizzards that were not added. I guess if you are not there to tip them in person, they will shortcut your order and careless about the quality of their product. These days, without tipping, you do not even get the minimum. DAIRY QUEEN SELLS WHAT MAINLY ???? ICE CREAM, RIGHT ??? At 8:32pm my wife and I drove to Dairy Queen, in Plant City Florida to get a couple of Blizzards to take home after a long day. We decided to use the drive thru since inside seemed crowded and we planned on taking our ice cream home anyways. We were the 3rd car in line. I knew the time exactly because as I got in line, I texted our son in college that we were at Dairy Queen, a place that he enjoys a lot. As I stated, we were the 3rd car in line, 38 min later we got to the window where we got to place our order. I told the young employee "I'd like a large chocolate butterfinger Blizzard. and a ......." "We don't have chocolate".... I said "excuse me ???" and this young employee says "We don't have chocolate" Now, I have been sitting in a Dairy Queen line for 38 minutes. AGAIN, I am at one of the largest ice cream stores, if not, THE largest ice cream store on the planet. DQ does not sell 31 different flavors... I was not there in search of some exotic tropical flavor that only comes out once a year or some crazy silly thing. DQ does vanilla & chocolate. That's it. There are multiple machines in each store just in case of a malfunction. This is a very smart organization. This is not their first rodeo. That would be like McDonalds saying "we don't have french fries" in the drive thru... It's silly to even think that something like that would even come out of an employee's mouth. No explanation ...no reason ... nothing. We stared at each other. As I drove away, I was thinking to myself.... What in the heck* is wrong with this scenario? 1. Are they too lazy to make a batch of chocolate so close to closing? (10pm closing time, one hour, if so.... fire the manager) 2. Are all their machines broken? (not possible) 3. Are they out of chocolate? (possible,but unlikely. If so, fire the manager ASAP) 4. Employee's just bad. (probable... 38 min wait time. 3 cars is excessive) I WILL NEVER BE GOING BACK TO THIS DQ AGAIN. I AM A HUGE FAN OF DQ. NOT A FAN OF THIS STORE. AFTER LOOKING AT THE REST OF THE YELP REMARKS.... Someone forgot to place an order and they were out of most everything, even out of the paper rings that they use to make blizzards but the girls working were very sweet and tried to work with what they had. I hope the owners of this establishment realize what an asset Alexis, Savanna and Abby are to their business. We will be back next week to see if the order was placed. read more

Blizzards have little mix-ins with bottom half not blended at all. Pretty much expensive soft serve ice cream nowadays. Spoke With manager who said they've had complaints, not even an offer to fix the problem. read more

If you want good ice cream, i'd recommend dairy Queen. The service is terrific. Though the lines are usually big. They have some arcade games if that's what you're into. But for ice cream, i'd recommend dairy queen. read more

This Dairy Queen is probably the worst Dairy Queen in the entire country and I will explain why. This Dairy Queen has not even been updated/remodeled since it has been established which was probably decades ago. Secondly, it is so small and dirty inside full of cheap arcade games with stale cakes sitting in the display case. Thirdly, the place is run by kids only and they are completely unprofessional, rude, and not hardworking at all. The staff closes the place an hour early on Saturdays in the summer no less. The unprofessional and rude assistant manager is basically a kid who is the one who closes down place an hour early, forcing all their customers to use the always crowded, congested, small/tight drive thru. Whatever you do please do not risk attending this poorly run establishment. Your better off paying for ice cream at McDonald's or something. You've been warned. read more
