Placed a call ahead order 40 minutes before I got to the store. I waited another 25 and they still did nit have my order made. There were about 19 tickets looked like they were making orders for. There was only 2 ppl working. I have noticed 2 ppl working most of the time I go. I do not know why the manager cannot appropriately staff this location. read more

This is the only jersey mikes that I consistently have issues with! Spent $25 on an uber eats order for them to completely F-UP the whole sandwich! Tried to get a refund and it says not refundable but nothing was right. Paid extra for bacon never got it in the sandwich, called to have oil and vinegar on the side never received it after the employee said they will take care of it. Got it mikes way without onions and didn't get no pepper relish mayo or seasonings but got onions, which I specifically put no onions. Last time I went in person they refused to deconstruct my sandwich for me, which every other jersey mikes would because I was pregnant and have to heat up my deli meat to eat. Now I'm home with a newborn and they still mess up my sandwich. Literally avoid this location and go to ANY OTHER jersey mikes. WASTE OF MONEY AGAIN. Absolutely pitiful. read more

I've never had issues at this location and even when it's crowded the line goes pretty fast . The manager has always been very nice and welcoming to me(i'm sorry I don't know her name) and the staff is friendly as well. Fortunately this location doesn't try to keep you from redeeming your points. and I appreciate that. Unlike another location I had gone to that only wanted to redeem points that were purchases at their location. The food is always fresh and the service is good. I love the steak and cheese. The bread is always fresh and the steak comes off the grill hot with the cheese melted. My wife doesn't eat bread and they put her order in a bowl. She likes the turkey and it's always sliced when ordered rather that sitting pre sliced in a cooler drying out. If I'm in the mood for a good fresh sandwich it's the only place I'll go. read more

Their signature steak sub is awesome. It's not your typical oober-dripping philly, but it was fantastic. I had the chipotle steak sub hoping it would have a kick. I had them add extra sauce just in case, but it wasn't very spicy at all. I still enjoyed eating it. My wife had the veggie sub and we asked them to make it how it normally comes, but there was very little effort in making it tasty. It's pretty hard to find a chain that has a tasty veggie selection. We needed to ask for extra mayo and dijon mustard for it not to taste so bland. Spent about $22 which is steep for a sub joint (I wish there was more meat in the philly), but I'm looking forward to trying the big kahuna steak sub when I'm up for trying Jersey Mike's again. read more

I grew up in sub heaven, so rating other sandwich shops is always tough. Anyone from Miami (of course New York, and probably anywhere in the Northeast of the United States is much better) who's ever visited The Hungry Bear next to Miami-Dade Community College knows what I'm talking about, but alas, we are talking about Jersey Mike's. Unless there's a local place I've yet to encounter, Mike's is hands down one of the best subs (not sandwiches) in the area. You won't be blown away, but they're always consistently good, and they use fresh produce (this ain't chemical Subway) and bake their bread every morning. One thing that bothers me is the sizes. The "regular" is to small, and the "giant" is to big (and pricey), so if they could come up with a size somewhere in between, they would would make folks happier (trust me, this is a sore point that Mike's needs to address, but I'm sure that nothing will change because they probably make out pretty well on the bottom line). I've been to quite a few Jersey Mikes and the subs are amazing. They cut the meat and cheese right in front of you with a deli slicer so you know it is a fresh as possible. This one just opened I don't know when but it seemed they where still training employees it was a little chaotic. But again the subs are really good. I got the chipotle Philly cheesesteak it was really good. My fiancé got the Italian it had quite a few meats and cheeses I don't remember them all lol. But they do take orders online and by call to be more convenient. We will be definitely coming here over subway or Jimmie johns. Try this place out but remember they are new so be patient the food is really good here. read more

I wish I had caught their names but it was two young men and a young woman working tonight and it was the best customer service I've ever received at a Jersey Mike's or any sandwich place for that matter. This was 17 Aug 2021 at approximately 745 PM in case management sees this. They were polite, fast and made delicious subs! Set a new precedent for Jersey Mike's! read more

Long time customer, best place around, except today. First, had question with shore points and the blond manager blew me off. Ordered, 4 subs, 1 was Mikes way, by the time I got home it had so much oil and vinegar it was seeping through the bag onto the other sandwiches, through the bag that held all the stuff, and it would have gagged a maggot. Someone needs to have a talk with these 2, very poor quality. I hope this isn't a sign of the future for this place. read more

Went to this location yesterday and had a nice greeting from the lady at the counter and a young lady I presume was a manager as she was doing paperwork spread out at one of the tables. I ordered a hot Giant Italian sub. I was advised that Jersey Mike's does not serve their "cold sandwiches" hot. Apparently, this is company policy as the manager remained quiet. In New Jersey, a hot submarine sandwich is called a grinder. I was astounded that they would not heat a sandwich that cost $13.00+ dollars. The only thing Jersey is the name. I was thrilled I had another option than Scrubway sandwiches when Jersey Mike's opened close to my location. Bummed out! read more

So I decided to try this place out based on the recommendation of an elite yelper... BAD IDEA! As soon as I walked in the girl behind the counter had a ridiculously bad attitude and acted like it was a pain in her arse to do her job and take my order. Since this was my first time I decided to go with a classic- cheesesteak. However, I'm not a fan of cooked onions and peppers; I prefer them uncooked and crunchy so that is what I asked for. She looked at me like I had 8 heads! So I said fine, NO onions or peppers and she rolled her eyes and moved to the next guest while the gentleman made my sandwich and checked me out. When I got home what did I find on my sandwich?! FRIGGIN COOKED ONIONS AND PEPPERS!!! And on top of that there was only cheese on half of my regular sized sandwich! Overall awful friggin experience.
