I had high expectations of this place. I guess being in a historic building, I was expecting a different vibe. When I entered, it was nearly empty. There were 2 others eating and one server that I could see. I received a feigned welcome as I stepped up to the ice cream case. There were about 20 choices or so. Most of the usual flavors. I tried their butter pecan. Not bad. It's a bit sweet and a bit salty. I got a single, which was two small scoops. A nice size. However, I felt it a bit pricey at almost $5.00. There was virtually no ambiance as it was too quiet. A little music would have helped. It was a bit dark inside and could have used a bit more lighting. As soon as you walk in the aroma of bakes goods is in the air. The atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. Very homey. The, shakes and ice creams taste good, but not the mangonada smoothie. A nice place for a family outing. The service is also slow. read more

Mr sebas is a very interesting location. The inside space has a great paint job with dripping chocolate running down the top of the walls, several comfy seating areas, and plenty of space. The ordering experience left a lot to be desired. The menu moved to fast between videos, pictures of food, and the actual menu items. It made it difficult to see what was actually being offered and what the price would be. Some of the pre-made desserts/dishes looked to have been there a while. I ended up getting a strawberries and cream ice cream in a cup which had an overly artificial flavor to it. read more

Nice atmosphere with good ice cream. Kids enjoyed looking around at the cool decorations while we cooled off from waking through downtown.

We came by to try the ice cream. It is a large shop with a lot of seating inside. They have many different frozen treats. We stuck with the original Sundea with chocolate syrup as they do not have hot fudge. We also had a coffee milk shake. The milk shake was good the sundae it was fair, disappointed they did not have hot fudge. We also found it strange not to see prices on the menu board. Our total was 10.50. We will try the homemade popsicles next time. read more

I love this place, specifically for the coconut ice cream bars and the Mexican snacks! I used to get coconut ice cream bars just like theirs in El Paso, so I was really excited when I found them. They make the ice cream in house (and the bars, too) - it's creamy and perfectly sweet without being too sweet, so you can actually finish the whole thing. If I'm feeling really decadent, I get the bar dipped in chocolate! So good. The coconut ice cream has actual shreds of coconut in it, which is my favorite part. I just tried the chamoy ice cream this week and it was SO GOOD! Excellent flavor and still a sweet treat. I was really impressed. This is my second time here and I adore this place. The location is in the historic part of plant city easy to get to. They have a approximately 16 flavors of icecream which is home made so the authenticity of the ice cream is sooooo delicious. There's a few food items as well but the ice ream is the best. Mouth watering as I stood in line. I got a few ice pops to go. A must try place! Enjoy! read more

I've just left this establishment after waiting more than 10-15mins to get service. No one ever tried to take my order, couple of the employees in the back kept poking their head out but just stared at me. I wouldn't recommend to anyone trying to get a quick snack. read more

This is a super cool downtown ice cream shop that has Mexican paletas (ice pops in all kinds of tropical flavors) as well as ice cream, and comfort food offerings in a fun atmosphere. This is a neat place that is well worth checking out and it's terrific that it's downtown. Very neat combination of gringo and AMerican offerings. read more

Love this shop. They have both regular ice cream and sorbet (non milk) type, as well as popsicles all made in house. They also have several food items, cake, fruit cups, flan, snacks. This place is huge, with several regular tables, and a couch with comfy chairs to sit and hang out. We love to come in on a hot day or after we grabbed dinner downtown! read more

Saw this place many times going thru PC and today had a craving for real ice cream. Took the kids and was not disapointed. Beautiful shop and a wide variety of ice cream, paletas (Mexican ice cream bars) and treats. The coconut ice cream with creamy with bits of coconut - loved it. My son had the mint chocolate chip and you could smell the mint - he joked that he would not have to brush his teeth for a week. My daughter had a paleta - bubble gum flavor dipped in chocolate - amazing! Definitely will be our go-to ice cream shop! read more

Unfortunately I went today and the fruit cups had watermelon & melon that had gone bad & smelled terrible. I don't know if their fridge isnt strong enough or the fruit was just old but I didnt notice because the melon & watermelon make up HALF of the fruit cup & are at the bottom. The ice cream is really good and they have a lot of awesome options for ice cream, but I messed up and ordered a Cuban sandwich here. If you're a Tampa native and love a good Cuban sandwich, this is not for you. It's made gringo style with only two types of meat, hardly any cheese, covered in peppers, and isn't on Cuban bread. This place served us a unmexican cup that's supposed replace the usual cup we call magonada. It was served with chunky ice with two gummy bears. At el mirasol here in plant city they serve more for the same price and it is fully loaded. On top that we ordered the chicharron preparado and the pork tasted weird. read more

Neat place tucked into hisforic downtown PC. Certainly room to expand based on the size of the interior. We have enjoyed the ice cream and homemade popsicles which are awesome and dancing from coconut and guava to pistachio, mango, any many others. Interesting snacks and friend staff.
