We stopped at this Culver's for an ice cream treat on our way back to Denver on Sunday. The women's bathroom was disgusting and really needed attention. The rest of the store seemed pretty clean and the employees were nice although they got two of the three orders slightly wrong that said the ice cream was delicious. Today at 2:35 I went through the drive-through and ordered seven kids meals, including seven chocolate custards, and when I finally received it, it did not have the custards and the young man bringing the food to the car said the manager told him that I needed to either go back through the drive-through or go in the store which I declined. We ordered two cod dinners what the gave us was two fish sandwiches we did not check until we arrived home. We called and spoke with Jose. No help at all. Nor were the two female managers. We work hard for are money. We were charged 36 bucks plus change. We have always had good service from Culver's. However the attitude and service was the worst ever experienced The sandwich was very poor in its appearance as you can see from the pictures. The hometown adds Culver's places on line do not describe the service or product that was portrayed tonight. The bread was soggy, the fish batter soggy and not even all there, lettuce was wilted, the sauce looked like it came out of a week old container and cheese was non existent. This was my first "Butter Burger"! It did not disappoint! The bun was soft and delicious! The meat was seared to perfection and the cheese was melted! I had all the "fix-ins" and they were fresh; using red onions instead of white gave a great flavor! It was a "meal" all by itself! Recommend and I will have it again! read more

The food is always great and has a nice selection for picky eaters like me. Sometimes it can take a bit long to get the food out I only ever went thru the drive thru once and it did take a bit. And sometimes it's very busy that we have to sit at a dirty table but if you ask someone they will usually clean it for you without an issue. And the bathrooms are clean. Also there is this employee that is always so kind and smiling it's really great to see that in the workplace. read more

My Granddaughter has been trying to get her W-2's from Culvers since beginning of February and was told they mailed at the end of January, she advised Emily Paddock, who is one of the managers and was told it was mailed out again Emma Candelario advised her that she had not received, Emily has been extremely rude throughout the entire process and is not willing to help in any way, shape or form! Called Corporate and they advised that Pueblo Culvers is independently owned by Mark Grant, tried calling Mark and apparently he must be really busy, cause he is never there, or so, my granddaughter and I have been told. We tried going to the ADP website and it won't allow her access. This is ridiculous, whenever Emily was told that we would go to any means on a public platform, she said she didn't care and to do whatever we had to do. At 2 pm we had to wait in line inside for 25 minutes because they only had one slow cashier working the counter. We were told that this franchisee would not honor a national Culver's promotion. We ordered one medium ice cream concoction and then had to wait another 25 minutes to get it. The crew working was the slowest moving group that I have ever witnessed. During the 50 minutes there were always 3-4 people just standing around. The manager was never seen except when I asked to see her about being stiffed on the promotion. It became obvious to me that the drive-through was the priority of the business. I will never go to a Culver's again read more

Sent my daughter to pick up my food for me since I have a broken foot, and can't go anywhere. She provided at the drive thru the name of order, and was told to come inside. She did; and then she was addressed as if she was picking up delivery therefore needed a door dash number. It wasn't delivery, she was simply grabbing my food; which on the app states will be in a designated area for her to get. They made her go get her phone, and I sent a screen shot of the order- that still wasn't enough. So she called me, and I heard the way the manager was speaking to her- I lost it. She's is 18, and getting some burgers (THAT ARE PAID FOR) and was being given the runaround. Then she handed the phone over with me to confirm. Mama bear came out, and EVEN after confirming on my end the order was picked up(which at the time she was still withholding the food from my daughter) & I confirmed a photo was sent saying order confirmed: she got off the phone without a word, and WALKED AWAY FROM MY DAUGHTER WITH THE FOOD. At this point it's just self importance- it had been confirmed in multiple ways it was infact my order; on the app,and verbally by telling her to give her my food. She still didn't, my daughter had to snatch it off the counter, and leave. She was humiliated- as not only the manager, but many other employees apparently made this the highlight of the day, and were all needed to sort that the order was infact hers to take. They were very rude to her, so after she left in tears I called to get the managers name so I could file a formal complaint. The manager refused to get on phone & kept putting other employees on for her, and no one would provide the name of the manager for the complaint. I Was told to do whatever makes me feel better which I find hilarious coming from a group of people working at a Culver's who made it a whole problem for someone to pick up an order they had proof was theirs- but okay. Pretty good burgers for Pueblo fast food. Only thing that compares would be pass keys burgers for a similar price. Ice cream was really good too. Pretty efficient line handling even when it's long. I'm curious to see if the quality declines or improves for the next 6-12months. Haven't dined in yet so I don't know if the experience is different. read more

I went thru the drive thru to order dinner last night and could NOT make out what the girl on the speaker was saying! The background noise, and her muffled voice, made me ask to just go to the window. So I went to the window to order and 2 in my party wanted clam chowder and salads, but they said they didn't have clam chowder, so one in my party picked a different soup and salad while the other ordered something completely different. When we received our order we verified the order on the receipt was correct but after driving all the way home found we had not got the salad that we payed for. In closing let me also add, everything they serve is WAY too salty, even the onion rings are a salt bomb. I do NOT recommend this place! read more

It's new in Pueblo so it's popular so it's busy. The wait time to place an order was 12 minutes, the wait time to receive order was 17 minutes. Drive thru is a bit quicker but with gas prices I was happy to park and go inside. I order the Culver's Deluxe Double ($6.66) and I must say I've never had a burger cooked so well-done in my life. 5 seconds longer and it would have been charcoal. I'm not sure if the meat is seasoned or not because of the amount of overcooking destroyed the flavor. Some people like the flavor of well-done, I'm not one of them. I'm not giving on this place just yet. I will return and try something other than a burger and update this review then but it had better be spectacular. read more

The new Pueblo Culver's is showing to have excellent food and dessert, but with the cost of high prices and wait times. I like going to Culver's, but it isn't worth waiting more than 30 minutes for. Waiting inside is way better than waiting in the drive thru, so if you want be in-and-out, go inside the Culver's, but if you don't mind waiting, still, go inside rather than waiting a long time outside. Now, the food. The burgers are good and the fries are good, too. The selling point is the cheese and the ice cream. They are the main things making this review a 4/5, rather than a 3/5. I would wait a bit before coming here, so that waiting times decrease over time. read more

Finding this restaurant was our first problem. There is no signage directing an entrance from Pueblo Blvd. then we had been led to believe it was a sit down and order restaurant which it is not. More like Mac Donald's. We ordered to eat in and the food was brought in a to go bag. People were friendly. BUT coffee came with nothing to stir it and also no cream as ordered. This lovely girl got on her break, sat down, and got on her phone. Not once while I was up there, I didn't see a SINGLE manager helping any workers. Two managers came up to this girl and a man she was sitting with and started talking down to her in the rudest manner...at the end of the two managers talking to her she was crying, after they left all, I could do was tell her It's not her fault on what they were bashing her on. felt terribly sorry for her. management could do better dealing with something like that in the back where she couldn't be embarrassed. do better culvers... read more
