The staff is always friendly and helpful. Food has never disappointed. Always fresh and hot. We enjoy going to Culvers.

It's extremely delicious & satisfying in every way! The service there is usually very good, with respectful employees. The restaurant is kept clean & comfortable, inside & out. I have relatives that don't have a Culver's where they live, and they ALWAYS want to get Culver's as many times as possible whenever they visit Illinois. It rarely EVER disappoints!! Now they need to build a Culver's near Midwest City, Oklahoma City or Owasso, Oklahoma! Hint hint! read more

Went here a week ago, the cashier had issues with getting our order properly itemized on the screen. No big deal, happens. Ordered 3 waffle cones and a burger, was told to pull up and wait. They replaced the cones with cups. It was so busy we felt bad making them go back and redo it, so we just went home. Probably just a bad day. Came back yesterday and ordered the same thing. This time we were given smalls (single scoops) when ordering mediums (double scoops). Noticing a pattern. Can't recommend this place. read more

I love Culvers, but this ones gives them a bad name. Dirty, rude counter service and it was the 2nd manager taking our order. Our food took over twenty minutes to arrive. The girl who delivered was unbelievably rude. I'm just stunned as they normally have such high standards. Save your self the grief and go to one of the locations in Rockford. They have it down. Not very happy with tonight's experience. Went through the drive thru tonight. Ordered 6 chicken tenders with honey mustard sauce. Asked for one extra sauce and a Butterfinger concrete. Got home with no sauce, 2 tenders short and some kind of brownie concrete. Talked to the Manager and his only solution was for me to go back and pick up my new order. No offer for a future replacement meal. While talking to the Manager the background noise was like a party going on. went to Culver's and wanted a banana split. due to food issues I can not have certain things so asked if I can customize it. I was told my lady yes. I had 2 scoops vanilla and one flavor of day mint cookie. I asked for raspberry on vanilla chocolate on mint and strawberry on other vanilla with no nuts. I got home it was raspberry on mint chocolate on Val and caramel which I couldn't have and no strawberry. I called and lady who took my order lied and gave me a hard time. she said she was manager then said well send you coupon for free since you can't eat it. not we messed up. so then a man got on phone asking my email. I told him. he never stated whom he was. I asked are you a manager? he said yes. then he listened to me and started arguing with me and was very rude. I told him I should not have to pay or be forced to get another if you guys did wrong and now your making me out as I was one in wrong. I was very upset. then nope no email. I called today and spoke to a woman who was manager she interrupt me while telling story and said don't interrupt me I was like oh wait you interrupted me. she said if it was me taking the order I would have told you no you have to only have what we offer and no changes. and if you change something we charge which was never stated to me. I was very disappointed she didn't care I spent money at the loc just to throw away due to a topping I can not have. she also told me it's our lunch hour I don't have time to talk to you. Has Kinda fallen off as of late. Food used to be a quality product even for fast food. The chili here is still good, but they need to warn you it's super hot. Overall a quick place to grab a bite, not bad food. Not bad staff, just it's culver's there's not much to it. read more

We don't normally go to this Culver's , but we will not be returning. We went inside around 8 at night on a Sunday, and they weren't busy at all.. there were maybe two tables occupied in the whole dining room. We were looking for a place to sit and most of the tables were dirty. The service was extremely slow. I saw some workers doing custard without gloves and when the person got something on their hands - he just wiped it on his apron. Another thing we noticed while waiting was a man was supposed to get onions on his burger and he took it back to the counter. The workers took back the burger, passed it through the window to the worker at the grill, and put on the onions and passed it back. Worst Culver's I've ever been to. The trash was overflowing. The staff was unprofessional and eating at the front counter. They were yelling back in fourth with cook and cashiers that had nothing to do with the orders. I watched workers pick up trash off the floor with the same gloves they were packing food with. The burgers were very sloppily made and didn't even taste how a Culver's burger typically does. And the fries were overdone. Horrible atmosphere, very disappointed. read more

These guys here really got me to liking Culvers...food was good and filling...employees were friendly as all get out, and the ambience was relaxing...they make a great root beer and the shakes were thick. I try to stop in here when in Rockford...have been to a couple of others by me but this one is great! read more

I have been eating Culvers since I was little and lived in Winnebago and it was the only fast food around besides McDonald's. This one is now the closest Culvers to my house. I always get the beef pot roast sandwich value basket. The sandwich is so delicious and I dip the fries in their sweet and sour sauce. My sister loves the chicken tenders with ranch. Their custard is so yummy. The chocolate is my favorite. It's better than ice cream, so creamy. read more

If I could give this Culver's zero stars, I would. They are unorganized, slow, and give such poor customer service. I waited for 25 minutes for fries and onion rings, then once I got them, waited for another 10 minutes to get my smoothie. Do you think I got an apology for having to wait so long? Nope. What's the point of getting hot food and not being able to have your drink with it? The food wasn't even hot by the time we could eat it and my smoothie wasn't a smoothie, after the girl told me over and over it was. Your smoothies have lemon ice and there was no lemon flavor. You guys really should work on your customer service and your speed. It's called "fast" food for a reason. I wish this was the first time it's happened here, but it hasn't. I went here for a quick meal for my parents and me. My burger wasnt prepared to order and I went back to get mine replaced. When I got back home, I found out my mother's burger didn't have bacon. Not going back a second time for the bacon. I've never had a problem here before and will come back, but am very disappointed for two errors on one order. I know they'd make it right if I did go back about her bacon. I originally ordered a large fry my dad and I to split and gave me small fry when I went to replace my sandwich so I would have warm fries. The food is always good. Just pissed this time. This location used to be pretty good. But over the past year or so, they can't seem to get any of our orders right! I'm not sure if the cooks in the back can't read the orders(which is possible because I've been there and others say that their orders are wrong and the cashiers even complain about them not getting it right)or what the problem is. I guess I should not go to this Culver's. I told the person at the speaker I had a coupon for BOGO Concrete Mixer. When I got to the window she told me the full price total. I figured she would just adjust it when I gave her the coupon and my credit card. I was wrong. She gave me the card back and offered to give me a refund or just give me the coupon back (what a joke). I said I'll take the refund as that was the whole point of the coupon. She couldn't figure it out, had a manager come over and she offered me a coupon for a completely free med mixer the next time I came to a Culver's as long as I did not take the refund. So I figured screw it. I've burnt enough gas waiting for them and to top it off they didn't even fill the cups with custard and the girl had to be reminded about what I wanted in the mixers when I got to the window.
