The food is consistently phenomenal, and I normally have nothing but positive things to say. Unfortunately, today's experience was different. The cashier, whose name I believe was Priscilla, ( chubby girl )had a very unpleasant attitude. My order was incomplete twice, and when I brought it to her attention, her response came across as rude and dismissive. I understand that everyone can have a difficult day, but customer service at the front counter is very important, especially for a restaurant with such a strong reputation for hospitality. I hope management can address this situation and provide additional coaching to ensure customers are treated with the same level of respect and friendliness that Chick-fil-A is known for.
