My husband and I ordered burgers and shakes. The burgers were both that great. But the shakes were damn good.

I will not go back. Order was short. None of the condiments ordered and charged for were included. Hamburger was dry.

The term "concrete" is clearly a misnomer here. Every time I've ordered one it is RUNNY, literally just spilling off my spoon; I might as well just buy ice cream at the store and leave it sitting on the counter for an hour. It's extremely overpriced for what you get, the food has no flavor; I paid $12 for a fish sandwich, cheese curds, and a concrete and all I could waste calories on was the cheese curds. In short, because honestly, I could go on forever. Service was very bad. The famous butter burger was so greasy a constant stream of grease ran off the burger when I picked it up. It took about five minutes before the grease stopped dripping. The only thing I can compare it to is the pizza they serve in school cafeterias that you have to get napkins to dab off the grease before it was edible. Once I took a bite, I immediately regretted it and had to run to the bathroom. My ice cream when I got it was soupy in consistency. It had a good flavor, but I wanted ice cream, not soup cream. Ummm this place was alright. The burger was nothing special. We got the colby jack burger. I didn't taste the steak sauce that was supposed to be on it. The onion bun was good. The cheese curds were good. My friend asked for fry sauce and they claimed to be out but we could see a bucket of the packets in the back. The best thing was the custard. I only like getting shakes and mozzarella sticks there. Last time I ate there, the burger was uncooked and the fries to salty. It was nasty. I really hope they fix this. No one wants to get fat from salt on fries. Or sick from a barley cooked burger. read more

My family loves their custard ice cream. It goes great with their crinkle cut fries.....YUMMM!! The salty and sweet flavor definitely hits the spot when I'm craving some ice cream. read more

Extremely poor employee service at this Culver's location. Drive-thru service didn't have custard concrete requests. Employees didn't know the ingredient combinations for our orders....when advised them what exact ingredients requested for our custards, they just laughed at our requests and advised us that they don't have the ingredients for them. We chose 3 different requests they were uanable to fullfill from their menu. Upon being laughed at from their staff per mocking and lack of ingredients...we requested a manager...waited over 15 minutes before just impatiently leaving the establishment. They wouldn't give us our receipt to write a review, and we ended up leaving with 2 sloppy, runny flop custard concrete orders that they basically chose for us because of their lack of concrete ingredients. This is at least the 4th time this location cannot fullfill complete requested orders, this last time led to long overdue review. read more

Normally I love this location, but today frustrated me just enough to leave a review. I went craving a chocolate concrete with raspberries and strawberries. Right before handing it to me they verified if it was chocolate or vanilla and then had to take it back. They made me a vanilla one then just took it back and added chocolate syrup and mixed it to the point it just dropped off the spoon. Being on my work lunch break I didn't have time to go back and have it fixed, hence leaving a review. I hate when they mix chocolate syrup with vanilla instead of just making a new one with chocolate custard. And wanting a concrete but receiving a runny milk shake just adds to the disappointment. Also ordered a mushroom and Swiss single and received a double, no wonder my bill was higher than I thought it was supposed to be but that was my fault for not getting a receipt and verifying it. I have eaten at Culvers many times and usually enjoy the food. Today though I ordered my food in the drive thru like I normally do. I only have a 30 minute lunch, so time is important to me. I paid at the window and was asked to pull forward, I did and waited, the vehicle in front of me got their food as well as the 4 vehicles behind me. The gentleman bringing out the orders asked to see my ticket which I was never given. i decided to go inside and asked for the manager, I could tell they were busy so I waited . When she approached me I asked where my order was and that 4 cars behind me had already been served. She stated they were short handed and she was sorry. Number one, her staffing is not my concern as I saw other people getting their orders. Number two, when I asked for my money back she acted like this is a normal practice for them. She couldn't get the money back in my hand fast enough. I only hope that this is normal procedure for all Culver's restaurants. I decided to go to Culver's in West Valley for lunch on 08/22/17. When I arrived at the drive thru, I ordered a burger, cheese curds, and a cod sandwich. I didn't get my order repeated back to me and was told that they would have my total at the window. When I arrived at the window I was given my total. Not thinking twice, I handed over my debit card and was given a number and asked to pull forward to wait as they were making my food fresh. I was okay with that. When my food arrived to my vehicle my order was confirmed and I found that they had missed the cheese curds. The employee (who's name I didn't get) said that she would run and grab them. I asked how to pay for them. She just smiled and said "it was our fault so don't worry about it". I was blown away. She was out in less than a minute and I was on my way. I just appreciate the fact that this employee took ownership of the situation and handled it without even thinking. Very refreshing. And BTW...the cod sandwich was very good. read more
