I left because the owner called me and accused me of smashing a corner on his mirror (which was already broken and has been) trying to say I need pay to fix. I told him show me on your cameras that I caused this and he in the same sentence said well someone put a weight over yours up against the wall and Mirror and probably made it worse. This made me decide to find a new gym as I was floored at the unprofessional service and personally attacking without proof just to get someone to pay for the mirror in his gym.

My daughter loved the over the top themed treats and the school trips (pre covid). This year due to the covid restrictions parents are not able to enter the school and the children are screened daily before entering. Ms. Susan is the best Kindergarten teacher and the curriculum is advanced!! My daughter loves the fun Science experiments !!! We also have to give a big thanks to Miss Maddie who is always so thoughtful and a great asset to BBA. We made the best decision sending our daughter to BBA!! We will miss the staff but are so grateful for the foundation that was built as our little one heads to public school . We know she is well prepared and will excel thanks to the amazing teachers she had at BBA .

At the risk of crowding up our classes :), this place is terrific. Wonderful instructors who are creative with the workouts, fully engaged with the participants and work us all really hard but in a great way. They really know their stuff. Customer service is friendly, low-key and responsive. And loads of parking and a place for coffee nearby. I'm only sorry that I'm not around more regularly to take advantage of additional classes and events, which sound fun.

Also, before they started camp; I verbally explained their issues and was told that it wouldn't be a problem because they had a severely autistic child already there & they would be supervised by their counselor. They emailed, texted & complained every day. I shadowed the most autistic child one day, and he was fine, the other child splashed water & was told to stop. Lastly, I gave them a $40 personal check for additional snacks, later to find out they didn't receive them bc they weren't on the list. Never, Ever will I let my kids suffer through that again. I think they are scammers.

My children have developed very strong bodies as a result of training here. Gymnastics also has helped them develop perseverance. The instructors do not try to push children to do more than they are ready to do, which may occur at other gyms. I have not had any issues concerning ring worm or lice. I know ring worm in gyms are common but not when it's constantly happening. The staff is nice and the kids learn a lot but for the sake of their health, it's not a good place to put your children.

There is no website or any actual info online, only a phone number and address. I called the number about 5 times and got no answer. Eventually, we connected. The owner told me to come in and sign up. 2nd. We went to sign up, and I asked for some paperwork / info on how everything works (timeline, payment schedule, class days and hours, cheer sessions, uniforms, an outline, etc ) They had nothing! However, she did pull out one paper and handed it to me..., it was the authorization form to allow electronic payments to be taken out! (Side note, owner was not there) 3rd. A few weeks later, I wanted to talk to the Alina (owner) about upgrading to cheer (instead of just tumbling). Girl at desk had to track her down via text. She (Alina) finally came out and told me some brief general info about half year cheer (again, nothing in writing) 4th. The way you drop off and pick up your kid is chaotic. There is no system. No check in. No check out. No nothing. The cheer school is one side of the building and baseball /batting is the other side. Way too much traffic in and out without a system. 5th. The lobby of the gym is filthy And it stinks! It's overcrowded, cluttered, and looks like a hot mess. The chairs were either all taped up or just need to be trashed. Im not sure what the actual gym smells like, as parents are not allowed in there. Some windex, bleach and a disinfectant would go a long way! 6th. Communication is terrible!! Lots of posting online about all the (extra) fun things the girls do. Fundraisers, halloween gathering, veterans cards, etc. And we've never had an invite, never seen any info, flyers, posters, calendars and such, to let us know about the event. We always find out after the fact! 7th. Tumbling class was canceled last Tuesday. And there was NO COMMUNICATION. I picked up my granddaughter from school on that day, and we only have one hour to get to class. So, as usual, on Tuesday, we rush and hurry to eat and try to do homework and get 5 minutes rest, so we can get to class on time. We did all that, and when we arrived.. the girl says "there is no class tonight!" Are you kidding me....? You've wasted my time for nothing! I mentioned this to Alina, and she ignored it.... Since we've signed up.., I've heard and read a lot about this school and Alina....My granddaughter (7 y/o) likes gymnastics and all. Since this is her first time, I don't want to take it away from her abruptly. But, you can bet your ass, my eyes and ears are wide open!
