3 or 4 Sundays ago I stopped in to get a few things. I brought my own bag and told the girl I was going to put somethings in it and would be right back. When I got what I needed went back to check out. I started feeling dizzy one went and got a stool for me to sit on while the other one rang up what was in the bag. They kept asking if I was ok then I felt better and the one at the register took my bag and took me to my car. Then stayed for awhile to make sure I was ok. They were the best. Never had a problem there but this was a great day and great people. read more

This seems to be the only store in Westfield that regularly features numerous customers not wearing masks. I haven't seen the employees once say anything to anyone despite the fact that they have a sign on the door saying that they require masks to enter. One of the cashiers actually told me that they were told by management not to say anything. If they can't do their part to help keep their customers safe, not to mention their employees, then I won't be shopping there. read more

Come on you guys, this Cumby's is great! Staff is totally friendly I just got a surprise free coffee Friday that made my day, &. I stopped here because I knew that even if I was paying for it it's a pretty darn good cuppa coffee for a gas station. Also, usually are the best priced gas in the area. And last but not least- Bathrooms are clean and spacious with lights automatically on and off. the planet thanks you. read more

I haven't experienced bad service a single time while coming here and I visit maybe five times a week. Only one time they didn't greet me and that was because both registers were three people deep. I love the coffee hot and cold and the fact you can make them any way you want including flavorings if that's your thing. A dollar a cup is great and I won't be going back to the other coffee shops down the two roads from here. Lately I've been chowing on their hot dogs which you can dress up anyway you like with all the fixins they have out. read more

I went to get my thank you coffee today that they offer for health care workers. I showed my work ID which is what you have to do the cashier then became very rude telling me they will only give it to you if your on your way to work in uniform. Asking me if I'm working today. I was completely humiliated. She had another cashier possibly the manager( older man) adding to this They made me feel like I was trying to steal the coffee. I am a huge Cumberland Farms fan and can't believe how I was treated. This is not acceptable! I don't even think it deserves 1 star but there is no negative rating read more

I'm developing a serious dislike for the Cumberland Farms chain in general. The staff at this one is borderline rude on a good day, the same as the other stores in the area. This store has also mastered the cremated food atmosphere that seems to be prevalent at most Scumby's now and it really is not a very pleasant aroma. This is a last, desperate resort only. read more

Horrible. I get cumberland farms all the time and went there once got a sandwich that was disgusting had black lines inbedded in it and the bottum bun was hard and you think right away they would just make a new one. I had sent my daughter in to show them because i had already loaded up her little siblings in the car and they asked if she wanted them to make a new one, you think by looking at it youd know no one would want to eat it. So because im pressed for time i go back 2 hours later and get the sandwich that I wanted for breakfst. Then i open it to check it out and it looks slimy as hell yet never got a sandwich from another cumbys looking like that. So I didnt eat that one. Go there today same kid working who worked when i complained before and he sees me walk over after ordering my sandwich at the register and he slides over infront of the sandwich is making me and is standing there for 2 mins and then wraps it up and hands it to me and i open it up in the car and yet again slimmy as hell like it was spit in and i didnt even bother i just left went to my favorite cumberland farms where the food is always awesome never slimy and there always friendly and clean in chicopee and got myself a sandwich and what do u know No sliminess like everywhere else i go to. read more
