Shaw's sits on the main thoroughfare in Wilmington. Also plenty of parking. Shaw's is in a small strip mall. Getting in and out is relatively easy. I would go here again if I needed anything else.

I use the app to order my groceries and when they're ready I drive up and the pick up crew loads of them into the back of the car. The kids that work the grocery pick up are just wonderful. I've been coming so much that now they know me, and what I like. For example, I like my eggs and bread upfront with me and not in the back. I also go into the store to browse and pick up other items that aren't available with pick up. The store is always clean and usually well stocked. A little more parmesan/pecorino romano and some pepper would go a long way. The fresh pre-cut fruit was affordably priced ($2.50), but seemed unripe when we opted for the watermelon. Very crunchy with little flavor, like it was part of the rind. I guess to me what makes this place worthy of 4 stars is the service. Every time I'm back at the deli counter, there's always a team of employees ready to help. Even the other customers are polite and helpful, helping locate utensils and napkins. I avoid the check-out lines at the front, which usually aren't that long anyway, by paying back at the deli counter.
