I had occasion to meet Jason while I was shopping. I knew he must be "somebody" because he was all over the store, checking things out, talking to customers. I spoke to him about some of my concerns and observations. He agreed with me, and in fact was already working on the areas. Anyway...if you need help ask, and if you have a comment, good or bad, I think the store manager genuinely wants to hear about it. I was in the store on August 7th. Wow! Who did the floors? They snap. Makes the entire store more inviting. And, so long as I'm rambling anyway....the employees in this store continue to rock. Always super helpful and friendly. Ok. I'm done. Good store. The number outdoors on the parking space apparently no longer works, and the store number needs to be used. I was told this like I should have known better then told that the mess up was because of holiday weekend...my previous experience was not. Instead of thinking up excuses for a bad system, it would be great to put effort into making it work . I've been using the grocery pick up at the Ware store since before Covid and I don't think I could grocery shop in a store ever again. I've been spoiled! I use the app to order my groceries and when they're ready I drive up and the pick up crew loads of them into the back of the car. The kids that work the grocery pick up are just wonderful. I've been coming so much that now they know me, and what I like. For example, I like my eggs and bread upfront with me and not in the back. I also go into the store to browse and pick up other items that aren't available with pick up. The store is always clean and usually well stocked. The produce selection is always good and has great prices.

This will save you a lot of time and everything especially pizza will be ready when you arrive. Otherwise expect a 30 or 45 minute wait since it's a well demanded product.
