I used to be able to eat their regular bagels, but now I'm gluten free, I have an intolerance. My husband and I travel (sometimes very far) in search of the best gluten free products. (We have flown to Nevada, twice, to get our favorite gluten free pizza). I was so excited when I saw that Comfort created a gluten friendly bagel, took the drive to their Westfield location and tried one. I bought a couple to take home incase they were good. Unfortunately I was already on my way home when I realized how delicious they were, but I will now be traveling 30 minutes to Westfield every-time they have a batch out for sale. I had a plain gluten friendly bagel with scallion cream cheese (homemade as well) and it was so delicious, not even overly chewy! You could buy these bagels if you are gluten intolerant and use them as bread. They're perfect.
