The vehicle started acting up again in December. Took it in to them to evaluate and they said they could not find anything wrong with it. The vehicle continued to act up and I took it to Ford. Ford told me the problem with the vehicle was how the battery was installed and that I should contact SWT for a refund. Even after discussing the issue with a Ford service person, SWT dismissed me quickly stating the issue was not due to their installation of the battery and was at the "owners expense. " Exceptionally disappointed and will not be taking my vehicle there again.
