Took my 2013 Dodge ram 4X4 to the newly located GRAHAM TIRE on North Cliff Ave in Sioux Fall. I…read moreknew I needed brakes on the rear, but figured I'd probably need them on the front as well. The service manager gave me a call to let me know the diagnosis, and I did not need brakes on the front, rather I had two locked up calipers on the rear. Add to that I wanted them to rectify the E-brake cable which was hanging down and is a common issue on Dodge RAMS. Long story short, GRAHAM fully diagnosed the problems and then without any pressurized sales tactics, suggested I could do the E-brake repair or not. I elected not to do the E-brake repair because I do not use that very often if at all. Overall, let's put it this way - they treated me right, they did not repair anything or suggest something be repaired that did not need to be at the moment, and in the end price was fair and acceptable. Oh, and one last note: Despite the fact that it was evident I needed tires, they did not even try to upsell me on tires. Most shops would've attempted to pressure you into getting tires. Rest assured they will be on my list when it comes time to buy tires.

They quickly checked my engine and found the issues and immediately ordered parts to begin repairing at a reasonable price! Never have I felt cared for like this by a random auto repair shop, and they made this unfortunate situation less unfortunate. After exiting we were most pleased to find Tammen Auto & Tire located very near the exit. Our tire needed to be replaced. The woman working the counter (unfortunately I did not get her name) was most friendly and efficient. She found a tire for us, had one of the mechanics go get in Sioux Falls. They mounted it and had our vehicle ready to go with only about a 2 hour delay. The whole incident was so much less stressful thanks to the friendliness of the staff and efficiency of the mechanics.

Pulled into Graham's (at lunch hour on Memorial Day weekend, no less) and this place got me right in. They fixed my leak (caused by a small nail) and i was back on the road in less than 30 minutes. All for $20 bucks!!! They also had a nice, clean establishment (including restrooms) and a waiting area stocked with beverages, snacks, coffee, etc.

Had to put the spare on our travel trailer after something took a chunk out of the original tire…read more Called here the next morning to see if they could put a new tire on and change out the spare. They said to come on in whenever we could and they would get it done. We showed up about an hour later, walked in and they remembered our situation from the phone call. We pulled the trailer up and went inside to wait. The waiting room was nice, a table with chairs, covered in magazines and newspapers to read, free coffee and sodas, and a tv to watch. They got us in and out super quick, were very reasonably priced, and were friendly and polite. If in the area and you need tire work I'd recommend this place.
