I did periodically check and the indicator never appeared. They came twice and gave same report each time. A year later I get a bill for the up coming year. I'm retired and not in a position to pay $350 yearly when other exterminators come and check for free or substantially less. A couple of weeks later while weeding my property, I noticed holes in the ground where the bait stations were. Jones came and removed them all. I wasn't notified and was told initially I owned them. I called them and was told they were not mine. Long story short, I went to Amazon and bought new stakes from Spectracide for $50. Slipped them into the vacant holes that Jones left. Jones rep nice but totally misrepresented service !!!
