I may change this service. The techs are nice as hell when they come out. The computer driven customer service line is annoying. The woman who the answers DOES NOT LISTEN. I'm sorry but you are terrible at your job. If I'm angry every time I talk to you then you are doing a terrible job. Dunno if you are sitting in Exton or somewhere far away but you really have made me angry 3 times. It's not hard. The kids working McDonald's are %100 more helpful than you. The people there were great, very informative and kind. But I was told they could not service me when I told them I had chemical sensitivities. I recommended they put that info on the website. Am using Eagle Termite and Pest Control who do not use pesticides and find it actually works better. Was bummed I could not use this company, they have very good reviews and reasonable rates. read more

I was assigned to Joey Salas who was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained the process in helping to lessen the spider issue that we have. He gave me some great advice to help keep them at bay with using a dehumidifier and keeping basement door between garage closed and caulking basement window. Great company. Left a message on their website and got a call back the next morning to arrange a time for an inspection. I had to cancel that one and was able to get an appointment for the next week with no hassle. Was given a window for the inspection and Jeff showed up fight on schedule. Very polite and professional. He offered me a card so I knew who he was. Came in, explained what his inspection turned up ( which turned out to be nothing worrisome), and explained how we could proceed with termite monitoring going forward. Masters Touch has solved my problem that 2 other local companies couldn't. After dealing with these two other companies for months, a friend recommended Masters Touch to rid of my pest problem. My initial meeting with the Owner was a no pressure consultation. He promised me that my issue could and would be taken care of within 2 weeks. I was skeptical but gave them a shot. The next day the Masters Touch team was in to start their work and were relentless in their work. I could immediately tell that thus company was different then the previous two I had hired. As the owner stated, within two weeks my problem was solved. I haven't seen any signs of the pests in weeks. I am continuing my preventive maintenance schedule with Master Touch as per their advice and my need to never have this problem again. Big waste of my time. Inspector came out, looked around for a bit and said he'd have to find out if they had a ladder that would reach my roof. Also, told me that I should 'leave it to fate' for the animal caught in my soffit - he gave it a 50/50 that it would be able to get out. Of course, work couldn't be done same day (who knew that I would need to take 2 days off of work?). Later same day, I get a call and was told they don't have a ladder that will reach my roof. We have used them over two homes. One had mice from previous owner but MT quickly helped us eradicate the issue. Other home is in wooded area - ants. Dealt with quickly, safely. We had a concern that maybe we had a bat (we didn't), owner came out personally because we were getting a motion security alarm triggering. We had an ant problem in our house and I couldn't manage to get rid of it with regular store products so I opted to get a quote from Masters touch pet solutions. I purchased the service where they do an indoor/outdoor spray and then do follow ups 4 times a year to keep bugs away I think it's around 100$ a visit which to me is reasonably priced to ensure my bug problem was gone and they guarantee their work. I haven't had any problem since starting the service and the ants are gone! I also want to mention I think the customer service here is awesome. I've had Chris Minor come out twice and he remembered I was pregnant the last time and made a point to ask how the baby was and if the machines would disturb at that time. I just thought that was such a nice thing to do!! I have also talked to Melanie about billing stuff and she was always super prompt to answer my emails and friendly as well! Our house must be built on an anthill: we tried everything and couldn't get rid of ants in the house. Masters Touch assessed the situation and used three different types of insecticide. There was an immediate difference. But the ants were persistent, so we called Masters Touch and they came back out the same day I called and treated the problem areas again at no additional charge. My experience with Master's Touch was a very positive one. My wife and I had discovered droppings in our basement, and we had no idea what they were from. We called Master's Touch, and they agreed to send an exterminator over for a free estimate. The exterminator arrived right on time, was very friendly and helpful, and was able to accurately diagnose our problem right away (bats were living in our attic, and their droppings were ending up in the basement). He performed a thorough inspection of our house's exterior, pinpointing exactly where the bats were living and how they were getting inside. Before leaving, he gave me a detailed estimate of exactly what he could do to get rid of the bats, but as promised it was a COMPLETELY FREE estimate. He did not try to pressure me into signing up for a contract, like a lot of pest services do.
