I ordered fried calamari and baked clams from Villa Brunetti. I make them every year, but this time I hosted at home and didn't have the means to make all the seafood. It was a total disappointment. I received a shallow pan half filled with calamari that looked like they were thrown into the fryer with no flour or breading. The baked clams were so tiny and all bunched up together. I paid $140.00 for these dishes, and was left embarrassed to serve inedible products. I have been in the food service industry for over 25 years, and a chef for 16 years, so I know what food is supposed to look like, taste, and presented. (No excuse for the execution). Prior to writing this review, I reached out to the restaurant and the only thing they had to say is that I was the only one who complained, they where dismissive and uncaring and they did not feel like they had to make anything right. I most certainly understand "things happen" One complaint or 100 complaints, that shouldn't matter. To be met with indifference by staff shows a lack of customer service and respect for your clientelle. What happened to making things right? Never again will I order from Villa Brunetti or will I attend their events.

The performer actively tried to give all the kids opportunity to be a volunteer. The flaming bubbles gave the handful of older kids something exciting to volunteer for. I had receipts and email screen shots i sent to her confirming everything but she never booked me and ended up booking other parties that day so i was out of a bubble show for my daughters birthday! I built a whole party around it and she RUINED my event. She is terrible with communication and i warn anyone who books her. Don't be fooled by the other 5 star reviews.....especially since none of them are even recent! I have heard similar horror stories from others who have tired booking her but they have not been brave enough to take it to yelp or google but don't worry i will! Visited with a group of 9 on a Thursday to enjoy 90 minutes of game time! The person working did a…read moregreat job at explaining games and options our group had. We ended up dividing the 90 minutes into (3) 30 minute games so our groups could keep rotating. They have lockers to lock belongings in, rooms can host up to 6 people and have options to order simple beverages while you play. Our first game was Box Party which is their version of a Mario Party. There are a couple of mini game options as you work through the map. This by far was our group's favorite game! We chose the 30 minute game but easily could have played it for the full 90 minutes. Our second game was Floor is Lava. This one was fun but a bit harder than I was expecting it to be. There are parts where you bump into other players so I recommend playing with good friends or family. This is more of a group task game. Our third game was Angry Birds. This overall was the group's least favorite as it wasn't very physical. The game takes on the classic idea of launching birds at towers to get points. This was more individual tasks than team tasks. Overall, this was such a fun experience! They offer games for any aged guest and for any comfort level of players together. I enjoyed having the personalization of our "meeps" to play in each game too.
