Love the concept of this chain- I'm pretty sure they were on shark tank. Pros- overall great introduction to Korean food. It's essentially the Korean version of Panda Express. There is a good variety of meats to choose from. The service is patient and friendly. They also seem to have occasional specials. Cons- I think the menu could be reorganized to be easier to follow for new customers. Also I think the food should be displayed so customers can see the type of meat they're ordering. The server was nice and showed us the food by lifting each lid, but I think it'd be better to display everything for ease. Additionally they seem pretty stingy when it comes to meat. Meat portions are disappointingly small! Almost the entire bowl is rice and clear noodles with vegetables. Overall great concept and decent experience. read more

Like a taco bell with Korean food. I don't know how the place will make it. Food is all so sticky sweet. Music is obnoxious. People are nice no problem there I was just probably why I gave it three stars it's not their fault we're doing their job. read more

Ordered a cupbop with white rice, noodles, beef and krunch. Medium level spice. The or the noodles was sour to taste and smell. Called to alert them because I'm out of the way in regard to returning it and they said the beef tasted perfect let's hope no one gets sick because I've got an upset stomach now. 10 minutes after ordering. The building was clean. There was easy parking. It took a little bit to get our order but nothing too crazy. It was a slow evening and I think they were appropriately staffed for that. The chicken was very delicious and crunchy. Would've liked a little bit more flavor, but overall it was good. read more

Went on a Sunday afternoon, suspiciously no one at all inside eating and now I know why! Kids working inside were friendly enough and explained how it all worked- chipotle fast casual style rice, noodles, pick your protein and then your spicy level. The food, however, is not worth eating. The spicy level you choose determines what bottles of sauce are slathered all over your already soaked in sauce, noodles and protein. It's like having salad dressing and putting a piece of lettuce on top instead of the other way around. Recipe for remorse and an upset stomach. Unclear if MSG is used but I would suspect it is. read more

You're immediately greeted by friendly staff who ask if it's your first time. (You get a complimentary mandoo if it is!) If you're looking for quick and casual Korean food, this is definitely your spot. The setup is like Chipotle where they build your bowl in front of you in a few minutes. A wonderful concept Korean barbecue in a cup, so delicious fresh quick with great meats to choose from, perfectly cooked rice, nice steamed vegetables with steel some cracks to them and you can select your level of spiciness from mild to super spicy. I opted for number five level next time I'll try and get a little spicier. A very welcoming, knowledgeable, and friendly staff , perfect addition to the shopping plaza. I had ordered Uber eats from this place before but I didn't want to leave a review til I actually eat there. Now that I've eaten there, here is my review. You can't expect a full-on Korean meal but their food is decent with good options. I usually get beef bop which comes with beef, japchae noodle, some cabbage and rice. I give an over 2-1/2 Stars and here's why: 1. Portion size of the protein is variable. It is smaller than any hamburger patty would be. Furthermore, if you broke up a hamburger patty, you would have more protein than what they put into a bowl for the price you pay. 2. No real combo options under 12 dollars. You can easily spend $30 or more dollars on feeding 2 people lunch when you can go all you can eat for those prices. 3. Besides serving size and prices, the food is really tasty, and so I give it 2-1/2 Stars to make up for the other short comings. Conclusion: Under Average Servings, Prices are high, and food is tasty. read more

One of our favorite lunch places since they opened. The food has always been good and fast made to order. The service was great and the food was excellent. This was our first experience at Cupbop and the staff member behind the counter explained everything to us so that we were comfortable in what were getting. The service was fast and we enjoyed our lunch. I always give props to establishments that offer a military discount and they do! I had the Crunchy Bob and will be trying some of their other offerings on our next visit. Seating was a little cramped, but since there were only a few patrons it was ok. My coworker ordered takeout from Cupbop, and it definitely hit the spot! I got the beef bop and it wasn't bad. The beef was tender with a decent amount of flavor. The memorable part of this meal was the sauce with the japchae noodles. I'm not usually a fan of a mixture of rice and noodles, but this was a pleasant surprise! I really liked the sauce. Unfortunately, I can't speak to the ambiance of the establishment because I got takeout. Overall, I'm glad I got to try it for takeout, but I don't know if I would get it again. Employees and owner are all so friendly, everyone greets you when you walk in. The restaurant is nice and clean. There is a variety of cupbops to choose from, including vegetarian options. The food is good and for the amount given, price is fair. One thing I really, REALLY wish they did, is put more sauce in the food. So far, I've been here twice and there is barely any sauce. It would also be a good idea to maybe have a sauce bar by the napkins and utensils and customers could add their desired amount by themselves. Just having a bit more sauce, would make the food 5 times better. read more
