There is a good variety of meats to choose from. The service is patient and friendly. They also seem to have occasional specials. Cons- I think the menu could be reorganized to be easier to follow for new customers. Also I think the food should be displayed so customers can see the type of meat they're ordering. I give an over 2-1/2 Stars and here's why: 1. Portion size of the protein is variable. It is smaller than any hamburger patty would be. The memorable part of this meal was the sauce with the japchae noodles. I'm not usually a fan of a mixture of rice and noodles, but this was a pleasant surprise! I really liked the sauce. The food is good and for the amount given, price is fair. One thing I really, REALLY wish they did, is put more sauce in the food. So far, I've been here twice and there is barely any sauce. It would also be a good idea to maybe have a sauce bar by the napkins and utensils and customers could add their desired amount by themselves.
