Delicious!!! I've bought these cupcakes quite a few times in the past, and actually purchased some for a function at my work about two months ago. I went to their web site, and spoke to them over the phone, and they were willing to make special cupcakes for this function!! I was sooooo pleased and excited! They were a big hit!!! I also bought some of their Cheesecake Cupcakes for my family this Easter!! SOOOOO GOOD!!! I think the Cheesecake one's are my new favorite!!!!!!! I read a previous review that noted something about these cupcakes being dry and the frosting melting due to them being left in the sun. Well, I can't imagine anyone's cupcakes would be good after being stored in conditions like that. I've only been to that Spudnuts once, and I know Cupcakes by Coley was new to them at that time. I had witnessed a similar thing, but that was a while ago. One thing to remember... Cupcakes by Coley probably has little control over where Spudnuts places their cupcakes. Cupcakes by Coley probably delivers them, and Spudnuts displays them wherever they have room in their store, that's usually how things like that go... especially for smaller bakeries, until they get a big enough following to open their own independent location. But, here's hoping (fingers crossed) that Spudnuts finds a better place to store / display their cupcakes, because, they're amazing!!!!! By the way.... in regards to my work function... I really don't understand Yelps filtering of comments on this company. This company has the BEST cupcakes in the valley and are extremely easy to work with. The only review they are showing is one negative one (which if you read the entire string the company had no control over the store and how they were displaying their product, which caused this reviewer to have a bad experience). If you unfilter at the bottom to see the true reflection of this company you will see all the other reviewers love this place. We have had placed several orders with this company (wonder how many the negative reviewer has tried or did they base it on one experience - too bad) and am never disappointed. Cupcakes by Coley has THE BEST Chocolate on Chocolate cupcake I have ever had. Its moist, very flavorful and exotic, decadent frosting and so much more. I recently placed an order for a BBQ I attended and ordered the Chocolate on Chocolate, Red Velvet, Vanilla with Vanilla Buttercream and the Snickerdoodle, and they were all a hit with kids and adults alike. After experiencing these cupcakes, I won't order from anywhere else!!! Really incredible people to work with, easy going and willing to make your special occasion unique to you and your guests. You just don't find customer service like that at Crumbs, Sprinkles or any of those other over priced, cupcake boutiques. I have bought cupcakes from Coley several times and have NEVER been disappointed. Their cupcakes are very moist and extremely tasty. I have ordered their cream cheese cupcakes, carrot and walnut, apple cinnamon and their delicious chocholate with chocolate icing. I could not tell you which was my favorite - they are all so good! Cupcakes by Coley are so good I actually had them do my "wedding cake" this past September. (Go to their website to see a picture) They did an amazing job and I couldn't have been happier. I'm not a big cupcake fan in general and I don't usually like chocolate, but I purchased a half dozen chocolate on chocolate for my co-workers. Unfortunately for my co-workers, they never made it to work. I polished off the entire box after sampling one. I don't like chocolate, but I still couldn't stop eating these. I've been back twice since then and the snickerdoodle cupcake is now my favorite sweet treat. I've had Sprinkles, Crumbs, Swirles etc at various functions, but never in my life have I purchased cupcakes for myself until Cupcakes by Coley, but now I've ordered them three times just this year. read more

I attended a BBQ where these cupcakes were the desert! Not sure we saved them until AFTER the BBQ food was ready, thats how good they were. My daughter's are avid cupcake eaters and frosting perfectionists and they said these were the BEST they had ever had (even better than yours mom)!
