My truck had 2 flat tires in 2 consecutive days! I was able to put the spare on for the first flat, however, when I had the 2nd flat, I didn't have a spare. My luck, I guess! My Wife and I had to call tesla roadside again and this is the first time a tow truck arrived so fast we were not aware he was waiting next to our tesla until it alerted us with sentry mode the driver Alexander was so polite patient and professional he answered every question we had and went as far as laying a clean towel down on my white tesla seats so they do not get dirty. We've had AAA premier membership for a long time and never experienced this. Mathew (#42) arrived in less than 30 minutes, took charge and safely got the car home. *Compliments to the three Brentwood police officers, who literally got out and help push the car to a safer spot and asked the Community service officer (also very nice) to stay and direct traffic until we were on our way. I have been saved by Cupertino Towing a few times and they are always great! Today we had to replace a battery which my old one required water to be refilled in the battery and the new ones don't, so that is good. They installed a brand new battery 46C and I have seen batteries for this car for 159.00. Earlier when we broke down right after a Walmart oil change, the manager there wouldn't even help us find the right battery and it is suspect it didn't start when we went to pick the car up after the oil change. So we said forget it to Walmart who didn't help us, and said we have to start at the back of the line again for a battery replacement, so I suggested to my husband to use our AAA card because they are always good to us and they will do everything right there and provide the battery. Why else are we paying AAA dues? So Cupertino Towing came fairly quickly and was always good to us as well, so knew we were in good hands. They quickly replaced the battery and it was seamless and gave us a 6-year warranty which they have honored in the past. So I am willing to pay the 200.00 total for all the work, bringing me the right battery, seamless work, giving me a warranty, and installing it while in the hot sun! My husband already spent a couple hours alone trying to fix it and tighten it and wondering if he should go buy it, taking it out of the case, refilling it with water,etc. I told him see...easy peasy for those who do it everyday-save yourself the headache! BTW, what made it the BEST really are all the employees we have met at Cupertino Towing. Wil was experienced,diligent, gave great advice and info and did an EXCELLENT job on all ends from customer service to the actual install. This is what good service is-going above and beyond! You know the saying " one bad apple spoils the whole bunch" , well unfortunately this applies to CUPERTINO TOWING. My boyfriend was in an accident a few days ago, he used his AAA towing, Cupertino Towing came. They are located in Antioch & accident was on Vasco rd maybe about 15-20 min away. Response time wasn't bad, no more then an hour. It was probably about 97 degrees with no shade on Vasco, driver does his job, has truck on tow truck, my boyfriend is with driver on way to tow yard, he's hot, he's shook up from the accident tells driver he's really thirsty, driver tells him they have nice cold water at the yard... get to yard, my boyfriend tells the female working the front desk that the driver said they had cold water and could he get some, she said " I don't know why he told you that" very rude tone with attitude, her job is customer service bottom line & i would bet money there was bottled water available or a water cooler in the building maybe not for customers , maybe for the drivers. so my boyfriend left walking to get a beverage. The closest store is 1-2 miles down the road, again it's almost 100 degrees outside & why would the tow truck driver tell him that if there wasn't water available? When we drove around back to get his personal items from truck, again she was just rude, unprofessional & please I do not want to see her pulling her cell phone out of her bra!! Are you serious! Every interaction with her seemed to be an inconvenience as if she's doing us a favor. Zero people skills, she's representing AAA as well as Cupertino Towing. I highly recommend avoiding this business if possible. Some people might say what's the big deal, it's just a water, no it's lack of customer service, lack of professionalism & customer care. This company is outstanding. My trailer hitch broke while towing a boat on the freeway. I called a different tow company that was going to charge me $700.00 to tow my boat to my house. Cupertino Towing quoted me $175.00 for the same job. When they got there the tow truck driver from Cupertino Towing was able to help me fix the hitch and lifted the trailer to reconnect it to my truck. When the man arrived to our house with the flat bed truck, we expected him to unload it in front of our house at the curb. Instead he literally unloaded it in literally in the middle of the street blocking traffic, dead battery and no brakes (it needed repair obviously) and left. I thought he was just parking his tow truck for a moment and he simply drove away. My husband and I with my injured foot needed to push it up a slight hill, 3 houses distance to our driveway. I rented a vehicle from Enterprise Rental from 04/16/22 to 04/23/22. On 04/19/22, the vehicle wouldn't start. I called Enterprise's road service who dispatched a AAA tow truck from Cupertino Tow. Tow truck driver asked me where to take the vehicle. I gave him specific instructions to take it back to the rental office in Antioch, CA. The driver acknowledged what I had told him. Cupertino Tow took the vehicle to Enterprise's office in Oakland, CA. WTF!! That's why Enterprise could not locate my rental on or around their premises in Antioch. That's why my reimbursement is being delayed. read more

Incident 1: I was connected to Cupertino Towing through AAA. I was clear with AAA that my vehicle had hit a curb and had a broken axle. The car had been towed to my friend's apartment complex by a tow truck on a dolly. When Cupertino Towing arrived, the driver drove past the car, reversed and without stepping out of his truck said no to towing my car. He cited city ordinances and said he wasn't going to break his back getting my car onto his truck. He then tried a different excuse, saying the shop was closed and so he couldn't drop the car off there. Despite telling him that I had authorization from the shop to leave the car in front, there was a drop box, and that I would ride with him and sign off on the condition of the car -- no budging. I then asked if he could tow the car to my driveway, private property. No dice. Wasn't willing to do that either. Resigned to the fact that I would be stranded for the evening I let him go. Speaking with AAA the next morning they notified me that he should have been able to do either request. I filed an official complaint to make sure that this experience doesn't happen to anyone else. Incident 2: I requested a tow truck and through the luck of the dice ended up with the same company the next morning. They rejected my request BECAUSE I had filed a complaint. Rather than prove me wrong by providing better service, they chose to deny service. Weak. After a morning wasted I was assigned to another company who readily fulfilled the request and had my car towed within minutes of arriving. No thank you Cupertino Towing. I've removed my previous positive review and will be sure to redirect any future service request from me or auto shops I know from you. read more

Triple A dispatched this company to change my tire on the side of the freeway Highway 4 at 1:00 am. When the driver arrived, he said my spare tire wasn't good to use (eventhough it was). After that we were going to have it towed on a flat bed. The driver then said it was a extra part needed to tow my vehicle (which was not true either). I waited an hour plus for a tow truck to receive this treatment. Mind you, the driver just left me there. Oh and did I say I'm handicap in a Wheelchair. This is the worst company ever. Waited over two hours when they finally got here they didn't even know how to read a Nevada sticker. Stickers was not expired learn how to read them!! Then wouldn't take the car saying it needed a tow bar. You would think if you have to wait this long for a tow they would tell you that a head of time. They left without towing the car.
