Horrible customer service. Do not come here. They just want your money. I called asking about the pricing for a golden retriever and he couldn't give me one unless I came in. Okay? That's fine. I took both my dogs here for standard grooming and flea treatment. I have a frenchie and a Chihuahua/poodle mix both short hair dogs. Upon picking up my pups I quickly realized something was wrong. Both of them couldn't open their eyes. When we got home both my dogs weren't as happy as normal they were laying down trying not to move with their eyes shut. When I tried opening their eyes I noticed they were blood shot red. So we called the groomer right away and they said it was normal they probably had hair in their eyes (even though they didn't receive a trim) he recommended flushing their eyes out. So we did and our dogs started to cry more. We rushed them to the ER to find out they both have eye ulcers and their eyes were irritated/infected. Most likely due to the flea treatment getting in their eyes. $1,200 later our dogs had to get their eyes stained, pain medication , and was sent home with 3 different types of medication. Pain meds, eye drops, and eye cream. The fact that BOTH my dogs are going through this makes me believe that the groomer wasn't being gentle or careful. I regret ever taking them here and would never recommend anyone bringing their pups here! I'm So disappointed, upset, an overall furious. read more

Tried BREA Grooming due to the Original Groomer moved due to Covid-19. According to my Veterinarian, my dog got clipper burned on top of a fat pocket. He licked it and got ring worn. Took him to the Vet. $300.00 for shots and medicine cone , etc. Paul said he would only pay half in which I excepted. We kept it covered and after a week it got to the (2) bloody picks. Took him back a second time and needed immediate surgery to removed the top layer. It cost me $660.00! Called back explained that my Veterinarian has in house grooming and knows it was caused by the clippers being too hot! When explained about the second bill and that he should reimburse me in full; he Laughed over the phone. I'm not one to say bad things about people, but I think as an owner they should owe the faults! He clearly doesn't! Do you want your pet to go through what my Pet Endured? I would give this place NO star if i was able to. I'm new to the area and in search of a grooming place for my 2 dogs So I saw this place and had good rating so I called. The man who answered the phone was so rude and was not willing to answer any of my questions. I just called to find out the starting price for the service and he says he doesn't know. He says he needs to see my dog to tell me a price which I understand but the place needs to have a starting price or at least have a price range. I would NEVER take my dogs to this place. I was looking for a groomer ASAP for my 5mo old maltipoo who just finished her shots and needed grooming badly. He was able to schedule her right away. Actually no wait time at all! Went there today for the first time with my 9year old Labradane. I wanted to try out a new groomer because ours currently only works Monday's and Friday's during the day.
