I'm pretty familiar Avon but Bela Vida is located away from all the other attractions, right next to a small fitness club. Bela Vida is such a beautiful space, there's positive words right outside the door. The beautiful plants all over the space made me want to stay. The natural materials made this place comfortable and relaxing. The menu of teas and protein shakes is the size of the whole wall. I decided to go with the Dirt Cake Lean & Fit Shake. I got mine in a medium size, which was a pretty generous size, and I realized I could have gone with a small. This was pretty chocolatey, but I could tell there was protein powder as the base. Well I knew what I was getting, so I wasn't so let down by the after taste. I will say this was my breakfast and lunch today. It was very filling and decently tasty. What I enjoyed a lot more than the shake it's self, is the space and the environment. It is a great space to be alone or with friends. I enjoyed reading parts of the book The Astrology of You and Me, they had on the little table. And the background music was a great counterpart. I plan to return here in the future and try something else.

Place is very open, a single waist high counter and blenders. Ladies are friendly and knowledgeable in all the different boosted teas they offer. Not a tea person, so I opted for a protein shake. The tea was strong, tart but the fruit flavors were not strong enough to step on the green tea flavor. The protein shake was grainy but had a good flavor. Creamy, cold, and thick. They do topping as well but I opted against adding it. Price is on par for a shake place. They also have oat balls and other misc snacks. It's a pretty decent shake, and a very good tea place. A good option for tea if you're in the area.

The visits started out pretty good as we were a group of 12 coming into their establishment to start their day and we were their first clients. To walk in we expressed that we understood that only one person was working and that the timing may be a little bit slower due to the fact that she was the only one there. We put our orders in and slowly started seeing other clients of theirs come in the door and place orders. We could tell that some may have been online but let's remember that we walked in as they were opening. We waited an hour and 35 minutes to get paninis and smoothies and started noticing the people that had come in behind us and online orders were getting their food before us. We went to the front counter to ask, "Why are people getting their orders before us?" and we expressed that it was because they placed their orders online and that online orders had their own process. We were unable to accept this as we were their first clients of the day. We waited an hour and a half and people behind us and all non-orders were receiving their food before us. This was not just about the customer service and speed at which we received our order. We ordered a banana and peanut butter panini and two apple and cheese paninis, of which the bread was dry. There were barely any ingredients on the sandwich and it just did not taste good at all. This may be my first time saying I do not recommend a restaurant but this time I must say it. I can say the establishment was clean. It's an open kitchen where you can see the restaurant. They had games for kids to play and the ingredients seem to be fresh. I just spoke with the owner and got a better understanding of what happened. While I won't adjust what was said I will say the due to the fresh ingredients, situational challenges and promptness of reply of the owner, I will adjust my review as to not hurt this local small business. The owner was courteous, understanding and apologetic. She gave a detailed answer as to what happened and how they plan to improve.

Two things struck me right away when I walked into Liquid Nirvana. The first was their humongous menu board offering dozens of amazing juices, boosts, bites, bowls, smoothie bowls, granola, seasonals and specials. You might be well served to check out their menu before you visit, because reading everything will take you a while. The other feature that jumped out at me was the large number of games and kid-friendly things everywhere - a pint-sized blackboard easel with chalk and pastels, table sized tic tac toe boards, a full-sized Connect Four game, a kiddie sized basketball hoop, and a Skee ball game. If you didn't know you were in a juice and smoothie bar, you might think you were in a daycare center! The interior is adorable! Plenty of bright popping color, interesting artwork, gorgeous color art on their storefront glass, Bric a Brac décor, and three small tables that can seat a total of nine customers. Everything here is made fresh to order for natural ingredients -yogurt, milks, fruits, and vegetables. No powdered scoops of anything. They have a sign on the wall letting you know that "since we make everything from scratch, your order may take 10-1 minutes to make". Well, let me tell ya that every second of our wait was worth it. We bought a medium sized Almond Joy Nirvana Smoothie ($9) with coconut, honey milk, almond, chocolate chips, peanut butter, and banana. The banana and chocolate flavors really popped. Holy Moley was it fantastic. Great job Liquid Nirvana. We found your product and consumer experience to be outstanding.

The best word I can come up with is "lovely". Everything was lovely -the dining room, decorations, the craft goods and pricing from local artisans, the pricing, choices, quality and quantity of the foods, and especially the service and hospitality. If you want an overall lovely vibe and experience, you really need to visit. Their menu board is divided into two sections, with breakfast on the left and lunch on the right. We were there in the morning, so with breakfast on our minds we checked out the left board and saw breakfast sandwiches, bagels, a kid's menu, and a potato patty side. My wife ordered a single egg sandwich on an English Muffin ($4) with bacon ($1) and a potato patty side ($1). Now those are very reasonable prices, so I really don't agree with some of the price bashing I've seen on this page. I ordered what turned out to be one of the very best breakfast sandwiches I've had in months. My Breakfast BLT was a feast of toasted rye bread, lettuce, tomato, bacon, cheese, and two fried eggs. It kept me full for half the day, and at $10.50 was worth every penny. Village Market's coffees are sourced from "Those Guys Coffee Company" out of New Hartford. Our coffee was excellent ($3 for a 12-ounce cup). Oh, and there is one more reason why our visit was lovely - our conversations and interactions with Evelyn. She and her daughter are owners, and she was super friendly, and just a real pleasure to meet and chat with. And to add one more reason to visit is this -they also sell ice cream! They have plenty of seating, some upholstered furniture and we saw a few Friday morning telecommuters working on their laptops and sipping their coffees. Our order was a Chai Latte and a Cold Brew - each was $5. The pours were very large, and I swear that my cold brew was the very best I've ever had. I love coffee, drinking it hot or cold, and what I had here is in my all-time Top Five Percent. It was that good. I had a sip of my wife's Chai Latte and thought it was excellent as well. What really impressed me were the flavors of both drinks- not overpowering, but strong enough to appreciate them. The Coffee Guy has it all - specialty coffees, matcha, chai, espresso drinks, and pastries and sweet treats to pair with your coffee cup. We couldn't resist grabbing a few on our way out, and we took home a box with a Spinach croissant, iced blueberry scone, and a cruffin (croissant/muffin hybrid). We loved our visit to the Coffee Guy, and I was so impressed by the total experience, I just subscribed to their newsletter. Since there's a couple good breakfast spots in the area, I decided I would go to this location and give them a try. Place was decked out with decor and inspirations sayings. I take a quick look at the displays, and I see the herbalife products. To the unintiated, herbalife shops are pretty much these MLM shops. Kinda like lularoe. they use social media to attempt to appear trendy while trying to encourage repeat business while harvesting as much info as they can from you. I don't really care too much about that, I care about the end product and how things taste. After being to a few of these shops, I can say that I'm not really a fan of their proteins. I feel that they use a little too much thickener and are a little gritty. the flavors are muted and they always try to justify the price of the shake by giving you a detox + energy tea to go with it. Their shakes pretty much taste like what I would expect a protein shake to taste like, if I didn't know how to make one myself. The biggest difference between these shops is how they are operated. This place is operated pretty well. The owner was very kind and inquisitive, though they could be a little pushy. This specific location actually has lots of extra items like protein balls and cookies. They also got very decorative with their shakes, layering shake and mix-ins and topping with pictures of shakes to help you make your decisions. I got a shake, a tea for the girlfriend, some protein balls, and because it was customer appreciation day I got a balloon, a valentine protein ball, and a gift certificate. I did enjoy the protein balls, they had a strong peanut butter flavor and a good texture. The protein shake was okay, was this apple pie shake with layers of granola, apple, caramel, and a little apple pie piece on top. The tea had a little bit too much of their fruit punch flavoring, but it was drunk. The difference between this herbalife shop and others is the staff and the hustle, and this place is trying very hard to be just that little bit better than it's competition. I respect this place for trying as hard as they do, but it is not the greatest of shakes. If you want a herbalife protein shake, give this place a try.

Get a shake which comes with a tea. They have all kinds of different flavors too choose and the teas are refreshing. Takes a little bit of time to make it all, but not too long. I'm personally not a big fan of Herbalife and their company. The shakes all had a hint of peanut butter that more masked the intended taste. The tea is good but I think our's might have been mislabeled. Overall, it is good if you're close by and have $30 to spend on two shakes and a tea. The best part is the owner who has a great story on how she went through a weight loss journey and is fun to speak to. I might be back but not sure on that since you can get similar shakes at many other places or at your gym. The highlight was the owner, she was worth the trip not the shakes.

The staff was very nice, attentive, and ready as we stumbled upon the new kiosk on their opening weekend. They serve coffee and tea with a seasonal drinks, plus a few sandwich and pastry offerings. Since it was their opening weekend, they were giving out free croissants which was warm, flakey, and buttery. My mom and I got their seasonal lattes; Lavender Matcha and Honey Lavender (coffee). I really enjoyed my latte, the matcha had great flavor and the lavender syrup was delicious. The menu is small and there is only one size for all drinks. Service was very quick. I would stop again the next time I visit the mall to get myself a treat or need a coffee break from shopping.
