Enter this store at your own risk. It doesn't even deserve one star, not only is everything already overpriced, but they won't even honor their own so-called discounts. I made a purchase online that came back as "out of stock" and received a 10% off discount code. When attempting to use it in the store, it wouldn't go through. So the representative called her manager and they approved a manual discount for 10%, equalling $57 off. The girl initially helping us walked away however and had a different girl take over. When that women printed our receipt, the discount was gone! When asked about it she initially said "oh it's applied." When I added everything up and pointed out that the discount was not applied, the manager said "what was it for again?" even though she already approved it. When I told her what it was for she said "oh we can't use that on this account" and went back on her approval of the coupon even though they already approved it before. I asked to speak to her manager and honestly I don't even know how he landed the job he's in now because he was one of the most incompetent people I've ever met in my life. Immediately he started talking down to me as if I was a child even though I calmly explained the situation and he just kept repeating "we can't use the coupon" over and over to each thing I said as if I were 3 years old. First purchase with this store. One word to describe it: EXCELLENT! They are so amazing they helped me put so much. I decided to apply for credit and they accept me. Ive never had credit background but thanks to them I am starting to build up my credit. I am very thank full. The reason its a four star is that they didn't really take me serious. When I filed out the application I waited over half an hour to speak to one of the ladies at the desk. There was no one there but me. After thirty minutes I got up and asked what was going on. She said sorry and told me to take a seat and she helped with the application. Was a little upset because she saw me there sitting but didn't even bother to help. CURACAO : terrible customer service- we will never purchase again a product from this Company. We were very disappointed and dismayed by the terrible customer service received after a purchase of 7 LG television 39" and wall brackets from the Curacao Tucson store . we purchased the television new late in 2015 and installed in our house and restaurant ; we installed the last one just a month ago and found that it was not working properly; we kept the TV in the original case in our home and it was never elsewhere . All other TV worked properly.The manager of the store " Mike " refused to issue credit or replace; we purchased insurance and was refunded only $ 42.00 ; the cost for this unit was $ 390.00 plus $ 150.00 for the wall bracket. I was in the store for about 45 minutes trying to decide on the accessories I wanted for a PS4, I kind of liked being able to shop without being bothered by so many salespeople. As soon as I had a question, the salesperson was right around the area and I just approached him with my questions. The customer service was great and the salesperson answered all of my questions. The merchandise pricing is a bit higher than other stores and paying interest on it could be pretty steep but I plan on paying off the item I purchased right away .I signed up for a credit card more for the help of establishing good credit. Thank you for ruining my Day :) First of all, we go in and didn't expect to buy anything until I noticed a great deal of a Pioneer Media Player with 4 speakers for a great deal of 129.99 !! I was shocked to hear that the installation price quoted FROM the installer would be "39.99" to install EVERYTHING... After the cashier rang it up, it came out to 39.99 for each set of speaker installed... I ended up spending over 300 dollars on something, in which, the quality, in my opinion is not worth the 300... I would have rather went to Best Buy to throw my money away.. So the installer quoted 39.99, ended up spending 120.00 on installation alone... 120.00 for 2 hours... And the guy said "Yeah, 39.99 and I can have this completed within 45 minutes", I ended up paying the damn 271.00 for the speaker set/cd player and installation, drove the car around to the back and the guy said "yeah it will be a couple hours" and I said "you told me 45 minutes..." and he said "oh yeah, sorry... Did they charge you for a harness and stereo kit?? I said "no, i thought this was included in the overpriced amount I already paid" ... GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR... Talked to a manager about the lies and he said "Ok, I can give half off of the harness and stereo kit... They over price and claim to price match but getting them to honor it is another story. The staff are nice but not very knowledgeable.

This started out as very pleasant shopping experience. I bought 2 tablets for my kids at a great price on my store credit card. About 2 weeks later one of the tablets stopped charging, so my husband and I drove 2 hours to our closest curaçao. When we got there, all the friendliness and helpfulness seemed to evaporate as soon as we let them know we had an issue and wanted a refund or exchange. The service center employees were the rudest most ignorant individuals I have ever encountered! I finally asked to talk to a manager, and had to wait 20 minutes only to hear that she was on a conference call and could not be bothered, but their "supervisor" Mitchell could help. When I approached him at his kiosk it was like I wasn't even there. He continued to ignore me And eat his Cheetos. When I finally got a response he informed me that the contract changed and after 15 days there was nothing they could do. Then he told me that they are just the store that sells the brands and don't honor any type of repairs because the things they sell are NOT their products, and it was the manufacturers problem! I finally gave up because the "supervisor" seemed even less educated than the service center people. When I went back to talk to the first gentleman he was beyond RUDE! And I stated that I should have listened to the online reviews because this store was a huge SCAM! And he stated that he could careless about the online reviews because they did not affect him in anyway. When I asked for the corporate phone number, they had no idea what it was. So needless to say we walked out and now have to pay for a tablet that doesn't even work! Scam Scam Scam! This was the first time I decided to shop at this store, I was interested in an item they had advertised for a very reasonable price, actually the best price in town. It turned out that they did not have what I wanted in stock, I asked a customer service associate if they were expecting to receive anymore before the sale ended? She reassured me that there were many more on the way, and was eager to sell me this item even though there was none in the store. She told me that it would be in store by the next business day and all I had to do was pick it up if I bought it now! That was 2 days ago! and not only has it not arrived at the store, when I called to find out what was taking so long another service associate informs me that they have over sold the entire shipment there expecting and to try and be the first to the store when the item arrives to ensure I get what I paid for! It was hard to rate Curacao with stars because we had a mixed experience. We went looking for a television. They had a good selection and the prices seemed fair to us. We were told that they had price matching with most other stores, so if we find a better deal within 30 days, they will honor it. The salesman that we worked with was very attentive and we trusted him. He would get 5 stars. Our problem was the noise. The store has 4 or 5 departments that have speaker systems playing different things, all on maximum volume! Hours later, my ears are still ringing. We complained about the noise and almost left before even looking, but the salesman was so nice that he managed to keep us there. He turned off a game system that was blasting nearby and that helped a little. Before leaving, we stopped in the phone section. The salesperson there was also very helpful, but we had to shout at her and vice versa. She said that the speakers in her area weren't even on, because she acknowledged that the sound level was terrible. Curacaco, if you want our business, deal with the noise level. read more

Horrible customer service! They do not honor their return policy, even if you purchase the extended warranty!!! I recently bought a laptop here and within 20 days the keyboard has stopped functioning. Although it is unacceptable and surprising how quick the laptop failed but I have called in multiple times only to be misdirected that I did not purchase a warranty even though I did fork up the money for it! After several calls I was being told the parts to my computer are "being ordered" I have called on 4 separate occasions over the past 2 months since then and they keep telling me "it will come in next week". I was greatly disappointed with the Black Friday Sale this year. Last year the store was well stocked for the crowd that attended. This year I was told a variety of excuses. This is not what I have come to expect. The straw that broke the camels back was in the Ad they did not mention that the computers would require a coupon, the ad just gave a timeline. I recently got a 50in tv from this place I had it for 3months and it stoped working I have the "protection plan" that they sold to me when I got the tv so I called them so they can come and fix it,it has been almost 2months and they keep BS saying they dont have anyone that can fix this tv,why in the hell are they selling stuff if they do not have people that can fix it I will never ever get anything from Curacao they are liars their custumer service sucks I should have just gone to Wal-Mart or target to buy a tv I would never recommend this place to anybody horrible place!!!!!! read more
