Literally the shittiest pawn shop I've ever pawned at. I've pawned a lot of items in my life and always pull them out of pawn. Decided to try this store and was lowballed to an insane degree. I was hard pressed for cash so i accepted. The guy at the counter said it would be $85 (from a $75 pawn) to pull out in the first month. Came back 5 days after pawning and they told me it was $115 to get out. I left my pawn sheet at home but told them that was the price they listed if I cash it out after the 2 month mark. Response was "well you can't prove it because you didn't bring your slip." Total asshole move, but i come back with the slip and get ready to pay it before they mention they only take cash (which was never mentioned at the time of pawn). Then they said I could use their atm ($5 fee) to get cash out. I NEVER go through the trouble of writing reviews, but these guys are just scammer level people and they were so awful that I felt compelled to write something. Stay far far away from these scumbags. Without question the worst pawn shop I've ever been to. Ghetto as fuck. read more

I would avoid this place at all costs. I brought in a brand new 10oz silver bar in to have pawned. I asked for $210.00. They looked it up, and said they can do $240.00, but they need to do a scratch test. Reluctantly, I agreed. After they determined it was authentic, the gentleman I was dealing with went to his manager for final approval. The manager came over and said all she'd do is $120. Half the original quote. I said, before you scratched my brand new bar the price was $240, and now it's $120? The manager rolled her eyes and said I'm not going to argue with you, just before she walked away while I was trying to plead my case. I believe they call that a bait and switch. So I grabbed my bar off the counter, very frustrated with the nasty gash they left never to return. I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

I came in here to look at televisions about three months ago - my fiance and I were interested in purchasing one for our bedroom. How do I put this? The lady that was helping me was extremely uninterested in anything that either of us had to say: she never made eye contact and almost every question we asked, she had to 'seek assistance' from her manager or someone else working there. We found a flat screen, I think it was about 32 inches, and simply fell in love with it. After looking at it, we realized that we didn't want to pay $150 for it. Hell for that kind of price, we could have gone and purchased a brand new one! When we attempted to bargain on the price a little, the lady wouldn't budge. There were some small, ALMOST unnoticeable scratches on the frame and half of the paperwork from the original box wasn't with it. Sounds insignificant but if we had an issue with it down the road, it would be nice to have a manual or a list of phone numbers to call and seek help. Upon leaving, I overheard a young couple trying to pawn their once-used iPhone 5S. They had asked for $200 and after speaking with their manager, the representative assisting them said that they would sell it for $75 or pawn it for $50. RIP OFF, RIP OFF, RIP OFF. I had to pawn my iPhone 5C a few months back when I needed some cash for my son's doctor appointment and went to Pawn USA. They were super friendly, extremely professional and gave me $200 for my device. Yes, they could tell I was going to be coming back for it a week later, however they STILL didn't have to offer me that much. I suppose the only requirement to be an 'associate' at this place is a pulse. Regardless, I would not recommend this place to absolutely anyone. read more

I am always amazed at how people think they are the only customers on earth who count for anything and when they don't get there way the store is at fault. After reading the bad reviews on here I was almost afraid to set foot in this store but decided to see for myself. Well I am so glad I took the chance. Friendly staff. Great prices. Selection was a bit limited for what I wanted but I got what I went for and then some. The sales girl even carried my purchase out to my truck for me and took the time to chat with me for a minute before going back to work. I will definitely be going back to this store. read more

I had really bad service in there today. My wife wanted to know if she was able to purchase a firearm, and the guy we had to talk to about it had a problem saying, "i cant sell to you because i think you are buying it for him". So after i say okay how about you run the background check on me knowing i can purchase a firearm and he said no its not worth my time. How is that right or even a choice that someone interested in buying something gets thrown away like that never gonna shop here again after that disrespectful guy had the audacity to say some stupid shit like that!!!! read more

We have been standing at the desk for 15 minutes to be checked out and have not even been acknowledged by any of the 4 people who were behind the desk to let us know they would be with us soon. Your workers need to be trained in customer service because it is not that hard to acknowledge someone especially after you make awkward eye contact with them and slink to the back room to avoid work. read more

The reason I gave them three stars is cause I bought a wii and they didn't give me the sensor or cord so I thought that I got the entire package cause they said so. So the next day I had to go back and I was lucky cause they had the rest of the stuff. read more

This pawn store just moved to a new location at 1st Ave & Prince Rd. I stopped in to sell a couple of pendents that contained a sizable amount of 24K gold dust. Thought they would want it for scrap. The lady who helped me was completely uninterested. However, the overall customer service is harsh, unwelcoming, and unfriendly. It didn't matter if they wanted to buy this, but they could at least be more customer friendly. As I looked around, they have mostly junk for sale. Tv's are priced high with scratches and poor quality pictures. They charge new prices. You can go to Walmart or Best Buy up the road and buy new for these prices. Computers are a joke. Laptops look like they were thrown around and then priced at close to new prices. This place is laughable. Only an idiot would spend money here. Look around and then go buy new for the same price or very close to same price. read more
