Unfortunately, after today's experience, this will be my final visit. Today, I placed a drive-through order for two cartridges priced at $30 each. After leaving the drive-through, I realized I had been overcharged by approximately $40. I immediately returned to the store to address the issue. The first employee informed me they could not assist me through the drive-through and that I would need to come inside. I explained that I had my dog with me and was unable to do so, at which point a manager, Maria, came to the window. From the moment she approached, Maria had an unnecessarily rude and dismissive attitude. I calmly explained the situation and provided my receipt. Before making any effort to investigate the issue, she immediately stated that no refund could be issued because I paid with a debit card. Her explanation was that issuing a refund would "throw the drawers off," which she stated verbatim. As a customer, this is unacceptable. You do not know anyone's financial situation, and many of us budget carefully for purchases like this. Being overcharged is frustrating enough, but being treated with indifference and denied any meaningful assistance makes the situation significantly worse. This experience demonstrated a complete lack of customer care and professionalism. Curaleaf needs to do better. read more

The whole point of ordering ahead is to save time, but instead you're stuck waiting 10-15 minutes or more per customer. Management seriously needs to improve staffing and efficiency because this has become the worst customer service experience. I miss the Reef days. If u pay by debit card you get charged an additional fee of $3.50 - I was not pleased about this. There is also a ATM option in store but the fees to withdraw are just as high. I really want to like Curaleaf because it's my neighborhood dispensary, but the service here is consistently brutal compared to the Curaleaf on the Strip. The biggest issue is the combination of extremely slow staff and customers who come in with absolutely no idea what they want and then hold the entire line hostage while they browse every product in the building. Today was the perfect example. One guy was buying a vape and had the budtender bringing out literally every vape they had. First all the sativas, then all the hybrids, then more random options while the line just kept growing. She was bringing out 6-8 products at a time while dozens of people stood there waiting, and there was zero urgency from the staff whatsoever. That's the overall vibe here. At most businesses, when 40-50 people pile into a line, employees speed up and try to move things along. Here, they just shrug and move at the same painfully slow pace no matter how backed up it gets. Every customer somehow turns into a 10-15 minute consultation while everyone else stands around frustrated. And honestly, half the problem is the culture of the place.
