Don't trust their website. Don't trust them on the phone. Even though their site says they accept aero pay, I wanted to call ahead and be sure since I don't have any cash. I called ahead to see if they have aero pay, made my order, waited an hour for them to call me and tell me they are cash only. They said I was connected to a call center in Florida and that was not correct information. Yet their site (pictured below) says otherwise. Be warned no matter what they verbally tell you, and no matter what is printed on their site they do not accept aero pay. They only accept cash. Zen Leaf had a wonderful discount on gummies. My husband has cancer, and being an amputee due to the disease. I placed an order at the discounted rate, was given the option of pickup, and chose morning pickup so I did not have to drive at night. We went for pick up on 5-31-26 @ 8 am and were greeted by a nice young man who could not find our order. My husband showed the order on his phone. The young man had to contact a manager, and she walked out, threw up her hand, and said, "What's up?" The young man shared the discrepancy, and the so-called manager said, " I am not honoring this, and we do not hold product overnight." The tone and attitude were not welcome. This was a Zen Leaf website issue. Not honoring the discount and treating a customer this way is unacceptable. Shame on Zen Leaf for having such a person represent them. I wish I had gotten her name to post for you all, but buyer beware, this company is not honest or kind. read more

The prices are great the atmosphere wonderful the workers not so much today. I had the displeasure of dealing with Tyler, who was very rude. If she did not want to be at work she should've called in. Oh, Zen Leaf, how I adore you! One of the best things about living in the State of Nevada,... legal cannabis. I'm not an avid user, fairly new actually. However, we all know the many medical benefits to using cannabis in lieu of other medicines. It's definitely changed my life for the better! I've tried a few different dispensaries, learning along the way, some good, mostly bad. Learning how each shop carries their own brands, classic tried & true brands (like good ol' Cheeba Chews), along with new stuff all the time. I've had the best success here at Zen Leaf in North Las Vegas. The 'budtenders' are always 100% fantastic. Incredibly knowledgeable & so friendly! Everyone is always smiling (which is honestly rare in other dispensaries I've been in, despite their access to endless products!) Product availability is pretty good! If they're sold out of one thing, there's usually something else comparable! Sales are spot on, so you can really get a lot for your money! I'm a rewards member, which definitely helps. Went in for the first time in a long time due to a deal on a cartridge and while I'm shopping online I notice a 10$ off first time purchase for making an account, so long story short I make the account conclude the purchase, and head in to buy the product... chubby blond dude with long hair took his sweet time in processing me while acting all condescending and assured me I was wrong and had to go home and download the app and activate the first time discount purchase somehow! lol. I am VERY new to this and these types of products, in fact in my 50+ years of life today is the VERY 1RST time I've ever bought... "this" I have purchases a lot of edibles in the past few years, but never flower, so I had questions. When I expressed confusion two different budtenders basically shrugged their shoulders, and didn't alter or adjust the way they were dealing with me. I am make sure to not say "taking care of me" I didn't feel like they cared at all. I didn't feel welcome after multiple persons looked at my ID neither bothered with a simple "Happy birthday." I had to ASK if they give anything (I was hoping for a discount) and they have me a preroll... wooooo hooooo..hoodoo... except I DON'T smoke, and I told them that. I was buying to flower to make infused oil trying to up my game in making my own edibles. I feel like I cheated on my guys at Thrive, and The Source and this entity I cheated with gave me an STD... I like zen leaf the most when they have good deals. I do not like when I place an order online and it says one price and then I go in the store and it's more expensive. I advise people who place online orders to call the dispensary to double check I the price and if they will honor their deals. They make the online ordering and deals purposely confusing so that you have to waste time coming to the store. Zen Leaf opened in Las Vegas six years ago and now has locations in eight states. Their newest at 4444 Craig Road is clean inside, roomy, and their products are well displayed. Pricing is similar to others -  edibles around $20 for 100 mg, flower $35-50 for an eighth ounce with nearly all of them over 20% in strength. They carry extracts, vapes, pre-rolls, and have daily specials, a rewards program, and a 15% discount for signing up. A free pre-roll of my choice was given on the first purchase, and 'Cherry Gorilla' was way better than some of the weak pre-rolls other venues have given out as promotions. The Zen Leaf website has some useful information, especially for the novice, and explains some of the product benefits. For example if you buy cannabis for medical use, certain terpenes are geared toward different conditions like pain, insomnia, arthritis, inflammation, mood, etc., and their website makes a bit of that info available. I feel obligated to point out the flaws though, starting with a separate line for those who place an online order. They get priority over in-store shoppers, which means you could be standing in line 5 or 10 minutes waiting to get to the window to order, only to see someone who pre-ordered walk right in and be ushered to the next available window, ahead of you. I guess you could be on crutches and they'd still be served ahead of you?  BTW, almost all other dispensaries let their medical customers go to the front. And that leads to another issue. Zen Leaf says on their website that they're a medical facility. They're not and they charge everyone the same tax, whether you have a card or not. Their exact wording: 'Zen Leaf is a medical cannabis dispensary located in North Las Vegas, NV' (see photo). It's actually recreational only, which is fine, but why claim otherwise? Providing some medical info on your site is commendable, but you're not a 'medical dispensary' at all. On a positive note, the budtenders are knowledgeable and friendly while the manager made it a point to greet the customers that day. If you're a recreational buyer, I'd say Zen Leaf is a worthwhile stop. If you're medical, you might do better elsewhere. read more

They updated their systems I had trouble getting the operating system for my Android phone. But I did finally get the ability to order ahead but they took my military discount away and just don't get the good deals that they promised. Doesn't have a medical lic. Lets people without handicap plates to use the handicap spots for pickup or pre order pick ups. I didn't even know you could have a dispensary without a medical lic. Has people outside for pickup orders no one said anything to the person parked in the handicap spot with no plate no placard. If you read the reviews there is accusations of tampering with the products... getting shorted. lots of weird stuff...the canned responses to complaints are all the same (bot driven). you can always tell a shitty biz that doesn't care about it customers with how they respond to bad reviews. there response is to ask you to jump through a bunch of hoops. to many good players and places in town to put up with any of this stuff. most of the positive reviews seem fake. I just had such a good experience that I literally made this Yelp page for them. I'm chronically ill, so I'm normally in dispensaries on high pain days. Every single person I've dealt with there has been kind, funny, & super helpful. Today I got put with Marcus. Not only did he help me find awesome stuff, he also threw in some cbd chocolates that he & a coworker said they hope would help. I'm literally sweating from being in pain right now, but they made me feel special, important, & not super weird for pretty much taking a nap on the counter. Every time I show up, there's really good deals. Keep your eyes peeled for locals days, 20% off everything. However, there's almost always *something* at least 20% off. Also, they have good spending incentives. I got a free cart with my stuff today (along with the chocolates), which wasn't even part of the plan. Just. So I am a fan of Kush Co. and when I come in the best for me is that they're on special. I brought a bag with over $10,000 in belongings and she told me to leave it in the lobby with no security guard. This is a racist establishment. I was harassed by a female employee who seemed to be having an inappropriate relationship with a male member of management. One day as I was leaving, I found this woman next to my car which was no where near where people in their cars were picking up orders. And I found a scratch on my car. Took a picture of her by my car. And that's the reason why they banned me, because their employee was most likely vandalizing my car while I was inside purchasing their desert dust weed. This place sucks I've given it a few tries but every time I pick up pre rolls from here they get clogged to where you can't inhale anymore. Yesterday was the worst time I couldn't even hit them past 20% after lighting it it was a waste of money any the customer person said they couldn't do anything about it.
