Let me start off by saying I was a loyal customer since you opened your store never had a problem. Everybody was a blessing until today. There's a woman working the front desk upon check-in, very rude very obnoxious and very opinionated. She thinks she knows more than everybody and has to have the last word. Pulled up a couple weeks ago 5 mins before close on accident (I got the time mixed up) walked up to the door & it was locked no one was by the counter. Before I was able to walk all the way away the guy came running over to let me in he was so nice & apologized that he was just taking out the trash. Tonight I pulled up 10 mins before close thinking I made it on time after that nice last interaction & the really rude tall security guy with a ponytail Mohawk looking hair just yelled from inside as I got to the door that they were closed when 11 pm was clearly posted on the door I was staring it & it was only 10:50. Not sure if he was just over doing his job today or if it's policy to not let anyone in 10 mins before close even tho I had a completely different experience prior. He went above and beyond feeling empathetic to a situation I got myself in and his efforts made all the difference to me. Whether the situation got resolved in my favor (sometimes things are just out of their control) or not I let the manager know what a pleasant experience working with John had been. The Source is a JOKE now. New Manager who wants to change everything. They had a Medical line/ Pick up line, have been using it for 6 years now. Today the Blonde new manager tells me that they are NOT A MEDICAL FACILITY. WTH. And there is NO MEDICAL line. So she says Pick Up customers line are More Important or higher priority Then MEDICAL patients. LOL I've been shopping there as a Medical Patient and showing a Medical card for 6 years or as long as they have been opened, I was one of the First Customers in that store,,, when I told her that, She looked at me and said,, Oh, you feel cuz you were one of our first customers you deserve different service,,,,, I said no, This line has ALWAYS been Medical/ pick up line,, She said,, it isnt anymore, We Are NOT a medical facility, I said Why do you take and offer medical discounts with a Medical card... She looked dumb founded and said Im the manager and Im just telling you facts. So now why the change? She told me it is not a given thing to expect to be given special service cuz they ARE NOT A MEDICAL Facility and Medical card carriers are not a priority but Pick Up online orders are a Priority. WTH. She fails to realize, The whole industry was started with Medical Patients. Oh she wasn't born yet, that's right , too young to know. They had Medical line for years and now , its Pick up line for online orders, forget medical cards you paid for. The Source was a very nice surprise! For a small shop, they had a lot of products, some of which were out of stock at many other dispensary's that we'd been to. The front desk staff was absolutely lovely and gracious to greet us. (We asked them if we could take some photos and they were kind enough to say yes!) They then passed us along to a greeter who asked us what we were interested in. We informed her that we were just looking & were curious about the store, what was on sale, what products did they carry, and their house brand. Their house brand is called CAMP. Cannabis seemed affordably priced and pretty high quality. They have their own product line too. The greeter showed us some disposable vape pens that looked super cool. Kind of an outdoor vape stick resembling a lighter gone camping. Cool logo. Nice color selection. We were also informed that the pens were about to be remodeled to include a recharging option. The current disposable pens are not rechargeable, and we all know how frustrating it is when your pen dies before you get all the goodies out! Sales going on seemed pretty good. They let us know that sales notifications get sent out for 'The Source's Rewards Program' customers. You'll get notifications via text messages, if you opt in. (We did sign up and we also received a 20% off for first time customers!) I saw that they had 'Nortic Goddess', an excellent THC infused topical rub that will soothe away any ache and pain! They let us know that they try to keep this in stock, as it's such a good product. They also let us know that they have good buying power on other brands that we've found hard to find with consistency. Meaning, they'll almost always have these in stock. WYLD gummies. So many flavors accross Sativa, Hybrid, or Indica profiles. Even CBD:THC combos! Affordable too, $19 - $22 range. CAMINO gummies in a yummies tin! Absolutely fantastic 5mg, DELICIOUS portions! $19 for a 20 pack. (Tip: Buy them all, they're all incredible!) SIP ELIXORS, an easy, fun way to get your party on! I've been coming here since it opened and was always told if I was in a hurry to order pick up because it's priority. Well this time I was in a hurry and ordered pickup. When I got there all employees were helping customers with one other person in the regular line. Instead of taking the priority line the manager Sugar called another person from the regular line because "they have been waiting" even though my order was already placed and paid for. She then offered no apology and straight up said she would get through the people that were waiting before the priority line. I'm pretty sure this isn't the store policy since I've been told otherwise before. She was rude about it too while I was asking another employee who finally rung me out about it saying she would take the people waiting first, not the priority. Good deals, awful customer service. What is the point of placing an online order if there isn't a separate line for online pick-up? Several times I've gone in for online pickup when they're busy and they'll have 2 people working the counter, no dedicated online pick-up cashier, and you're waiting 20 minutes because you're in the same cue as the people who came in off the street and don't know what they want and ask a million questions. I order online specifically to avoid that and it seems every dispensary but Source actually gets that. read more

This is the worst experience in service I've ever dealt with at any business. I placed an order through their app and their app apparently has issues with uploading IDs instead of them trying to help. They are extremely rude and just tell you you're out of luck and there's nothing they can do and treat you like you're the bad guy like you did something wrong. When all you're trying to do is just make a purchase with their business. The lady I spoke to that told me she was the manager is the most unprofessional person I have ever spoken to in my life. This location has some really nice employees and has some products that I don't find at other dispensaries and also this location is close to my house and they are fast with the online orders. The reason for the 3 stars instead of 5 is that they don't offer local discount like most of the other dispensaries in vegas so I usually only purchase things that is on the deal menu because that's the only discount you can get here. I used to go to the source on Rainbow and they had a local discount but north vegas location doesn't which is strange. read more
