Made an online order and their webpage generates an apparent false total. Order was stated for $78 and got there and new total is $140. They advise that it was a website error and the only way to get order for the online total was to change/lower the amount of product being order. I'm a frequent cannabis smoker coming from Washington state. I always love coming in and trying new stuff from different areas. Never again will I buy Arizona products. The prices are criminal.... $100 for a full gram vape cart and a joint infused with oil in it. Haahhahahahaha that is pure insanity! I'm 57 years old. Grew up in California in the 70s and 80s. I lived in Europe for quite a long time. Moved to Phoenix five days ago. Never in my life have I been treated the way I was by a young blonde bud tender tonight at the Bell Curaleaf! Chewing gum, or maybe it was part of her RBF. We asked for a certain item. She says nothing and opens a drawer. Turns and says, "Nope!" And then nothing. I look down and see a Curaleaf flyer on the floor being walked on. I pick it up and set it on top of a stack of identical flyers. This young lady with major issues happening in her life (that i most certainly having nothing to do with) looks at me with a major attitude and says (I'm not making this up, mind you). "That's mine! Thank you! It goes right there!!" Oh, how I wish I could imply intonation in the written form. I ask if they have other like items. She replies, "Gummies and *something else I can't recall*" Never once offers anything else as a form of customer service. I'm perplexed that anyone in today's day and age can act like this and get away with it. I'm not one to start or respond to people like this. I have better things to do in life. The prices are decent and they frequently have bogo on a variety of items like vapen and haze and main which are the strongest edibles to buy for the price. They also have deals on venom wax that makes it $10/gram. That is absolutely the cheapest possible wax you can buy anywhere. Some places also have bogo where the venom is $10/g but this place has it most frequently. The loyalty points system is a nice bonus that some stores are doing away from. Curaleaf used to give you a free 500mg cartridge when you spent something over $120 but they don't do that any longer. Unfortunately with the virus, I generally have to wait about 15-20 minutes outside and that's even on off times. It's never been less than five minutes since the virus came. That's just the waiting outside. Then you go inside and wait a little while they find your order. Then the worst part happens.... the stickering. It's not curaleaf a fault, it's the laws but it takes these poor people five minutes or more putting on all these stupid stickers onto each item. And each sticker has to match the correct item. When you buy forty items, it takes a long time. I will say that absolutely everyone I come in contact with at the store is incredibly up beat and happy. They are always so sweet and everyone there is very good looking. It is Arizona after all but it's very nice. This is definitely one of my favorite places because of the sales. read more

Convenient "little" dispensary offering both Medical and Recreational Marijuana. Best times to visit, morning to mid afternoon. It tends to get very busy after 3pm to close. Restock is noon and products range from edibles to flowers and carts. Medical patients receive 20% discounts while recreational users have a larger allotment. Prices are decent and flower is good. Lines get long and it's better to pre order online, but medical patients get priority and skip the wait. Knowledgeable staff will recommend proper doses and strains per your requirement. read more

Terribly slow and didn't care at all. The employees are sitting there talking about another employees pants while the customers wait 45 minutes when there was only about 10 people in line. 9 employees and only 1 place to pay when there are 8 available. People in line started getting antsy and 2 of the employees that were literally just working both said they were now off and not taking anyone els. I've been a client with Curaleaf on International Speedway in Daytona since September 2019. They have excellent knowledge, are patient and helpful with questions. Always very friendly staff. Very clean and bright atmosphere. There was a period of time that flower was difficult to get but after checking with other dispensaries they too were out. So about a month ago I came in with my service animal, which nobody made a fuss about but this bud tender (I think his name was either Tj or thomas I honestly can't remember) but anyways he was looking at my dog like it was a piece of meat. BAIT AND SWITCH. They have pre-packed 1/2's and ounces, kept updated by the second on their website. I ordered and received the text message stating my order was filled and ready for pickup. If there was an issue with the order, they are supposed to call us or at least not send the text saying it's ready. That is not an automated text! When I got there, they said they only had 1/8ths left and so I couldn't get the sale price!!! This isn't the first time they've done this. It's done on purpose as a bait and switch. They DID have the product in pre-packed 1/2's and ounces..... they just wanted to try and make more money and push the BAD flower that wasn't purged properly. They ONLY suggest whatever garbage they're trying to get rid of. WHAT THEY'RE DOING IS ACTUALLY ILLEGAL!! Worst customer service ever. After my third one star visit in a row I have zero choice but to write this review. None of you deserve to have a job there. When someone calls and asks if you have a certain product in stock, you lie. Then on top of this your customers stand outside in the heat for 10 more minutes AFTER placing an online order, coming to the store and checking in, waiting in your car for another 45 minutes, then you can stand outside for 10 more minutes. This should not take 2 hours of my day. Is this some sort of a test? A weed shop is like any other business people. When you consistently provide poor customer service your business will ultimately fail. Your customer service right up there with the wal-mart across the street from you, congrats! read more

No way that Curaleaf is the "best place around" as one reviewer states. When they first opened they were great, but in the last 6 months they are probably the worst around this area! Why? They hardly ever have flower products and when they do, they run out in a day, and to top it off, they run out of vapes constantly. They have way too many employees and management is lackadaisical and unconcerned. Apparently they like to flirt more than work. At this rate, they will be down to one star soon. Also they now have 100 times the accessories than plant products, waste of time and money. For now if in the area I suggest you check Growhealthy or VidaCann before buying here. read more
