I wanted to try the delivery option. If you are thinking of going this route don't expect much. They make you choose a window frame for delivery. I choose 3-5pm. They make you pay a minimum for delivery. Which is $60 without discounts applied so I ended up having to spend $100 just to meet the $60 minimum. I also threw in a $5 tip and it has delivery fee. The order was placed and after 4 hours and after my window time was up. I called the store and they didn't even confirm the order yet. I canceled my order and moved on. read more

This place is a hit or miss to be honest, some of the bud tenders are weird and lack customer service skills and don't really know how to communicate or say hello. Today I went into jars after work, asked for a certain prerolls, he automatically said he don't have it. I was like okay can you check which ones you do have? And he came back and had the one, I asked for...... he was unaware of product deals, and inventory. He lacked as at his job which seems very simple. Today was my first time at Jars. I actually noticed Jars as I was driving by, so I decided to stop in to see what it was about. The service inside was insufficient. I encountered 5 workers from start to finish and none of them welcomed me into the store, nor were they friendly. As a 1st time customer in the store, I was expecting more attentiveness. I was made to feel like I was a bother and being rushed out of the store. The FIRST TIME CUSTOMER DEAL is BS!! I was told that I could NOT use the 1st time customer deal today because the flower that I wanted to purchase is on sale. I was informed that everything else wasn't on sale, and that I could purchase those items, in order to benefit from the deal. The inside was so loud that I could not hear the cashier. The music was loud, 12-14 people were all speaking at the same time as I tried to get answers about the product. It was a mess. I will NOT return. The overall experience was POOR. I used to come here constantly for the deals and I work for Cheba Hut as a GM so I know customer service. The security guards outside are very rude, if you ask a simple question you get snapped at for wondering which line is pick up and which is walk-in. The line was very long so I decided to go with a pick up. I asked the employees outside sitting in the heat how long a pick up would be and I got ignored, understandable they are in the heat. I waited for this one young lady with super curly hair to come up so I could ask a question about how long pickups take and she told me she didn't know and didn't care. Another guy walked up with a pink shirt told me it wouldn't be a loss if they didn't get my pickup. Wow. It really sucks to write this because I used to come down here with munchies for their crew. So in summary: Jars really just has 2 rec lines and lies on how much weed they give us Don't order express if you're trying to be quick cause they literally don't care. Been going here since it opened and it's slowly just getting worse. They don't care if you order express or rec, the last 4 times I've done EXPRESS I've waited 30 minutes for EXPRESS. When i first used express they told me that you couldn't be adding after you had placed your express order, however now I've been told by an employee that the owner is catering to the customers that want to add items after they have placed their express order. So to start, I'm a total novice about this stuff. I smoked a little weed as a teenager but nothing since then. I've been to this place a few times. My first experience was great. The guy was very knowledgeable about their products and how they work. He suggested a few edibles for relaxation and for sleep and we liked them. But the last 2-3 times I went it's like these guys have no idea what anything does. One time I asked a guy for a recommendation of something to help me feel energized because I tried one before and I was so sleepy! He suggested a couple and I bought them. I had the same if not worse, sleepy effect! I later learn that it's because it had CBN in it! How do you sell something you know nothing about?!! The third time was okay but I didn't like the edible I bought because it seemed to give inconsistent results. That's taking in account what and when I ate and things like that. So this place is great if you already know everything about marijuana products and CBN, CBD...etc. But if you're new at this and looking for guidance on what to get, the majority of my experiences has shown me they know about as much as I do so don't expect accurate info. Last time I went in, I asked the "kid", for something for sleep and he actually stood there looking beyond confused. Not at all like he was thinking about it, but everything I asked for a suggestion on, he would go "uh, umm, lemme check." And come back with something he couldn't even describe. As someone who's been coming here for a very long time I've noticed that since recreational has become legal the medical patients have kind of taken the back burner and I have been shorted at least a quarter.
