So disappointed with my visit today. The little girl with the black and faded purple hair must have forgot she was at work. She was throwing things around, visibly angry, making comments about her co workers not being "adults" and talked crap under her breath again when a shelf item was not there. As someone with severe PTSD this was extremely triggering. I have a very difficult time being around people who show any sign of anger. It's scary for me. I come here to get my meds to feel better. My goodness, where oh where to begin. I have been frequenting this dispensary since before it was curaleaf and was, instead, reef. When curaleaf took over, I worried it would be a colder, more corporate experience, but I was very happy to be wrong. It legitimately feels like Cheers when you walk in. The last time I placed an online order, when they saw me walk in, they pulled it from the bucket before I got up to the counter lol Needless to say, the customer service here is pretty rad. Everyone is friendly, knows what they're talking about, and the service is usually fairly quick (at least for med patients). They have a great point system and pretty stellar deals throughout the week, too. I'm so sad because I'm moving so this won't be close by anymore, but holy smokes, if you're in the area, stop by. I bought bud that is the curaleaf brand . I am not happy. I bought an ounce. The strain is floral frost. When I looked up the strain, it said it's white from the tricombs. This bud has been run through a tumbler. There is no tricombs at all, very little aroma and flavor, the bud is 28%. It is not sticky at all. When you smoke a joint it doesn't get resin on the joint tip at all. It looks kike Marijuana but it doesn't even get me high. I'm very disappointed read more

So early this week I received a notification that I have spent over 5k at this dispensary last year. Long story short they lost my business for life over 20 dollars by not honoring a promotion. Brought this up to the manager and he wasn't helpful and neither was the staff. I know everyone in this dispensary by name. This is how loyal customers get treated. Don't waste your time here or tell them a strain is good. They will just raise the price and not honor a promotion that is in black and white. im just gonna start this off by saying I've been a regular here for the past 4 years and today was by far the worst experience I've had and won't be coming back all because of the manager with the glasses and black hair, so I come in today 2/21 and walk over to the online order line where it seem like 1 register is open so I'm waiting for about 5-10 minutes before this older gentleman comes stands right next to me I'm taking weird but I'm definitely hoping he's not gonna try to cut me because I've been waiting for a minute. a lady with black hair comes up sits at the 2nd register and then this old dude walks infront of me, I get upset I tell him wait your turn buddy and the he starts to get hostile which then makes me even more upset, mind you I wasnt yelling or making a scene I'm simply stating that I'm not gonna let this dude cut me because he was there before and came back to grab his order. I had no idea we can reserve registers and in my 4 years of coming here ive never seen that happen then this manager comes over and threatens to remove me from the store because I didn't want to be cut after waiting. bullshit experience and if you ever think about working here good luck the gm Kelly is almost impossible to get ahold of and the application process is a fucking nightmare good luck getting a call back. Staff here are rude!! The signage in their store that dictates the medical use line, rec use line, and the exit line is placed in a pretty ambiguous spot. As someone who only comes in when they are traveling through town, I had to guess which line to get in - lo and behold, I was wrong. The budtender who ended up serving me was extremely rude about me being in the wrong line and literally brought it up multiple times throughout my purchase. For context, I was the only waiting customer in the store when I was standing in the wrong line. Should I nail myself to the cross now? I wish i could remember her name, but I wanted to get out of there as quickly as possible. They either need to clear up their signage or teach their employees to not treat customers like first graders. read more

I can only speak to disposable vapes. CL carries the brands I like. I like the daily /weekly specials. You can order ahead for pickup. Occasionally I have issues with the staff not applying discounts when appropriate, even when I remind him/her prior to ringing me up. They won't give you your money back...they will only give you points for future purchase. Why am I tipping if the bud tender has issue following directions? Why am I tipping if the bud tender has not gone out of his / her way? In fact, he/she caused me problems. Sigh. read more

I don't like the location of this curaleaf, but it's well lit. Professional inside and clean, the pot image is clean and professional not ghetto and busy with ads. This location is tucked away in an alley-like country-style industrial area, next to a nice Italian restaurant but that place closes early or when they feel like it. I don't smoke, but I pick it up for my kid who has fibromyalgia. It's nice to walk into a spot that doesn't feel ghetto. Just wish it was somewhere else. read more

Thought I'd have a good experience - Great deals for black friday. Decided to try a new flavor of Select Briq - pumpkin muffin. Made me gag while smoking and left feeling nauseous for hours; most disgusting flavor I've ever tried. I called and explained to Jose that I literally can't use the product due to its effects on me (left work early due to continued nausea). He told me they don't do returns or exchanges when "people don't like the strain". He was quite rude. I'm left with a bad taste in my mouth literally and figuratively after visiting. Hit or miss place. Staff are very kind. Place is clean. They are out of specials sometimes. I drive there but don't leave with what I wanted. Hopefully there's a way to solve that. Lots of deals but understand flower deals are sometimes old and need to be cleared. Accidentally bought an eighth that was a year old. My fault for not checking. I'd recommend them though. Don't bother buying in bulk from curaleaf. It's awesome that they have so many bulk deals but if you something turns out defective after a week you are out of luck. I bought 4 Stiiizy full grams for a two week span on Feb 2nd. One of my stiiizy pods is defective and blink pink when ever you try to hit it. I call this morning to ask if I can stop in to swap it out since it's obviously defective and I got two hits off of it. Come to find out they can't help you past 7 days even if it is defective. Nice. Gotta make sure not to buy for longer than one week from now on. Guy on the phone really didnt sound like he gave a shit and basically told me to reach out to stiiizy and good luck. If you have a state issued medical card with your picture there should be no reason to insist on showing your government identification. since the change from the reef this has been a constant inconsistent policy and honestly an inconvenience for regular customers ( I've been to that location over 400 times). had my worst experience trust, hence my post. please change this policy. read more
