First time in here and it was awful from the start. Long lines and short staffed led to the longest wait I have ever had. I picked up my usual stuff and always ask for a recommendation of a new product to try. I was recommended Dialed in Gummies. Got them home and they were completely melted. Customer Service just sends you in circles of where/how to submit and asks the same questions over and over. Overall, avoid this place if you value your time and quality product. read more

Place I used closed which led me to Curaleaf. Place and people there are awesome! Great selection, I guess my only suggestion would be have the product on shelves directly behind the counter person. The process is really slow you order some product they have to go behind the wall to I guess pick it there and come back. Lots of back and forth if you want something else or more of something after you get a look at it. If they could just turn and grab it would be way quicker. Just a thought. Cause that's just what they do for card. Added 56 cents! Then they surcharge for card. 3.50 That was a terrible experience. i'm a frequent flyer here and never had a experience as i did this saturday. not sure if who i saw was on the newer side but she made me want to cancel my entire order. she was not welcoming, polite or respectful.that is so out of character for employees here. my visit started as usual having a good talk with the lovely lady that's always at check in during the mornings. i patiently waited my turn even though the line situation started to feel different. when it finally was my turn, i didn't get a "good morning" ,"hello" she took my ID, computer ,put it on the counter and to the back in silence. i wouldn't have got "have a good day" if i didn't stand there and put my things away. New location & aesthetically awesome! Lobby staff is super friendly & welcoming! The sale prices are good. What makes this place a 3 star dispensary & not a 5 star dispensary is item availability & their line process. You do not know if an item it out of stock until you make your way to the counter to order. So it will be on display as if they have it only to be told they are out. If you ask why it's still on display if they are out, no explanation is given. Maybe remove the item you're out of from the locked display case. It's not the patients fault you ran out of an item you have displayed as available, both in store & online. They told me today that the item I wanted was out & when I asked about the display item, I was told it was for display & items in the case are not medicated... items in a locked glass case with actual marijuana are not medicated? Then why all the security (locked glass case with a pressure sensor)? Seems like a lot of work for items that allegedly do not have marijuana in them. I know he lied to me & that bugs me. Their line process is a bit confusing & no priority is given to medical patients. You decide what you'd like & place your order at the counter after waiting in line. There are no options for medical patients with an inability to stand for an extended period of time to sit while waiting for their turn. While this is a super convenient new location, the inventory issues that often plague dispensaries is in full effect here. Bottom line, if you aren't a medical patient looking for a specific item they have on display (and online as available) & do not mind a subpar line experience, definitely check them out! read more

Back at home, I called to ask if they had pods for me to drive back for and swap, they confirmed they did and so drove back. Called directly, at 8:00, phone system suggested I had called outside normal business hours, WRONG, open until 10:00. I get to curaleaf, no order and prices advertised on leafly weren't honored. Hey manager, you know I can buy everything you sell somewhere else? Often at better prices?? How long do you think I'm gonna be a customer? Worse yet I call, nothing but excuses. I have loved this location but typically always go during the mid part of the day which is when the best crew works. Today we went before close I'm NOT talking 5 min before close either. The staff member we were paired up with was actively trying to get us out. Not trying to help answer questions or even assist on suggestions when what we wanted was out. I usually have 0 problems with this dispensary and that's why it's the only one I've been to. Also I'm 19 and haven't had a medical card for more than 2 years. I brought in a product that malfunctioned and wasn't really expecting much maybe just a return. The girl at the ipad was super nice, she always is. She brought someone from the back, who was nice initially but quite frankly was pretty passive aggressive insisting they don't sell the pods that were problematic for me. Which is simply not true because as I said I have physically never even been to another dispensary. She "honored" two pods in return after pulling up my receipt and seeing I did in fact buy them at this location. And after all that she was still pointing out a "California" logo on the back and how they "don't even sell pods" with that logo on the back or some crap like that and left me with a "so thanks". Incredibly unprofessional, juvenile and so so rude. Ultimately I got two pods that I didn't really want for free and a whole lot of attitude I didn't deserve. I spend hundreds a month here and you're gonna talk to me like that? Fix the tude girl. Like yesterday. read more
