There happened to be many deals going on for the rest of the week at the time we visited, including the: - early bird/night owl special - 20% off everything cashed out between opening-10am and 7p-10p if not already on sale - buy 1 gramz topical, get 1 G9 - 50% off all products of MANY brands My indecisive friend spent about 30 minutes discussing options with our amazing staff member Odalis, who was patient, thorough, knowledgeable, and overall pleasant despite our many questions about products. By the end of our visit, we spent over $100 but also saved over $100. (Took the photo attached prior to ringing out all the products we got). My friend and I have very limited experience visiting dispensaries, but we've only ever had good experiences at this JARS Metro Center location! I got home, opened it up... faulty. Completely broken. So I go back in thinking, "Great, I'm about to become that customer." But Eli immediately hit me with his usual welcoming smile and basically said, "I got you, don't worry about it." No attitude, no annoyance, no making me feel awkward about it whatsoever. Swapped it out no problem and told me to check it before heading home. Now... I don't want to get him in trouble, but I checked it in the parking lot instead of inside the store like a normal person. And OF COURSE... second one had issues too. So there I am doing the walk of shame back into JARS for the second time in like 15 minutes saying, "Oh my god, I promise I'm not trying to ruin your day." Most people at that point would've looked at me like I personally handcrafted the broken carts myself. Not Eli. This man stayed calm, professional, kind, and just said, "Okay, let's start over from the beginning." Ended up getting something completely different that worked perfectly. What stood out wasn't just that he fixed the issue because honestly, that's what customer service is supposed to do. It was HOW he handled it. His attitude never changed once. He was patient, reassuring, and genuinely nice the entire time. And to be clear, this wasn't even a JARS issue. Faulty products happen sometimes. The difference is whether the staff makes you feel like a burden when it does. Eli absolutely did not. Every single time I come into JARS Cave Creek, everyone is kind, welcoming, and professional, but Eli especially deserves recognition. You guys have stellar staff over there.
