I called, hoping to get what items they missed, and they told me I had to wait until Monday when a manager was in to "review cameras", as if I was lying. It their incompetent staff that did not double check order. I have been a loyal customer for years. To make a customer wait 3-4 days to get what I paid for is completely unacceptable. I found YiLo while searching for a new dispo. They have an AMAZING selection from flower to carts to edibles to concentrates. They have the best prices for sugar/wax which is AMAZING for heavy smokers like myself. Always fun deals on edibles (which are super delicious btw)! Megan and Nathan are my absolute favorite budtenders. They are both so knowledgeable, fun, and beyond welcoming! This space is HUGE and they have everything you need under 1 roof. I saw a green leaf on a banner while running errands across the street and it became my beacon. I ran out of my bedtime edibles and had planned on swinging by another dispensary. I and so happy I came here! What I would have spent at the sketchy shop I've been to on 40th @ McDowell, I got like 3x more here! The prices are SO low -- when I got the total with the tax, I thought something was missed. They have so many specials and generally low price, it's like the Costco of weed. I'll admit I know NOTHING about weed. I just know that a 3 - 10 mg edible gets me relaxed and ready for bed unlike any melatonin or over the counter option. Shannon was super helpful in guiding me through the endless wall of options with no pressure to buy more than I wanted. I was looking for something similar to a gummy I'm a fan of, and they had their own line that was $9! 100 mg! I decided a cookie or brownie option would also be great, and many were on special for about $9 maxing out at around $14 -- several varieties and they even had CHEESECAKES. I also grabbed one of their Strawberry/Mango juices (25 mg) for about $5. This all would have easily been double at another place. So many great options with such low prices, it's easy to try something and see what works best for you. Clean shop. Friendly staff. Smooth and safe service. I will definitely be back! read more

I was a little skeptical when I first went here a few months ago. But I figured it was practically in my backyard so I'd try them once. I tell you what I've become a pretty loyal customer. Shannon is my go to budtender and very knowledgeable. The quality of their products are pretty top notch and the price just right. Granted their prices used to be better back in 2021 with their 3.5g deal, but I guess all good things must come to an end. They do have happy hour m-f where everything is 20% off so that helps. When I tried to walk up to her, she completely ignored me and went into the back-room area without even greeting me. After the other employees were free (I think it was Meghan), she was able to help out and recommend some really fun stuff. After Meghan finished checking me out, Annette came out from the back but didn't help anyone else who was waiting around. Honestly, I'd give 5 stars for the other two girls who were running the store, but Annette is awful with customer service and makes me hesitate to come in again. So, my first experience with this dispensary was awesome. Kathleen was amazing. The flower was on point even for the bottom tier. Here's why I'm giving a negative review. Kathleen had advised me that if I left an awesome review, I could come back and get a free pre-roll. All I needed to do is, "buy a lighter to smoke it with" and that would be it. Awesome. I went home and wrote an amazing review. I'm close in the neighborhood so I thought I'd stop by the next day to take her up on that offer. I stop by and was checked in and called to a guy who calls himself "Bacon". I don't know if that's a real name or not, but that's what he gave me. Now when I advised him I stopped by to pick up that pre-roll and showed him the review I wrote, he sharply stated, "We don't do that anymore". I was surprised cause I was just in yesterday and followed the instructions and now he was telling me they don't do that. So as I'm trying to explain, he became so nasty and said "I can notate your account that you just want something for free" in the most sarcastic voice. I was so shocked that I had to refrain from coming outside myself and making a scene. I literally gasped when he followed it up with "you had to come in here to buy something anyways so what do you want?". I told him his customer service was very rude and his delivery could've been better. I ended up just grabbing a quick drink and that was it. It's not about the pre-roll, I can completely understand if all they had were the packs. It's his blatant lack of communication skills and customer service. I will not be back to this particular dispensary. If I want cheap edibles, I'll go to Yilo Thunderbird where everyone is nice. It's a friendly relaxed out in the open vibe that is a welcome alternative to unnamed others that are too much of a members only, industrial or "get 'em in, get 'em out" rushed mentality vibe.
