I have made a few trips to this dispensary including the week they opened and I must say it was a a completely different and an educational experience. The in store ambassadors are very knowledgeable about their inventory and I can only compare this visit to that of a luxury boutique while shopping for a very specific item. They can definitely help you with any first time questions you might have, I sure had a list of my own. Love the pre roll selection, thankful to God it was made possible for this place to open as some chronic pain is just unavoidable to many of my friends and long time medical patients. Overall, I would recommend placing an order in advance, to skip the line, and make sure you get a confirmation after your order is placed. Read the reviews! They answer a lot of questions that some might have that the in store ambassadors won't be able to give you a direct answer about. They do not show the prices after-tax for recreational, unlike other stores. They have sale marked on every single item, but these are not sale prices; rather the regular price without the tax. I ordered ahead on a Sunday afternoon and was in and out with my order with no wait. All of the staff were cool and nice. The store is fancy so it's fun to look around. I got home and discovered I was given only 8 instead of 10 gummies and the packaging was different than the website. I am not going back to fix it, it sounds like a lie. If having security guards all over you the minute you walk in, along with employees that won't let you even think of walking around this facility to peruse the establishment's product's, then this place is for you. I went in and the very first thing that happened prior to even walking in was to provide your drivers license, which they take a front and back picture of. Then, once you are in an employee with an iPad immediately latches on to you (mandatory) and similarly, they take front and back pics of your drivers license. After you convey what you are interested in, they then divulge that the facility is "CASH ONLY" and if you don't have cash you have to use their ATM, which is subject to a substantial fee; this is on top of the 30% tax all transactions are subject to. Finally, you go to check out and ONCE AGAIN, the employee asks for your drivers license, yes for a 3RD TIME, which is when I told the Manager that he lost me as a customer. Summation: the place tries to emulate an "Apple Store," but cripple the entire experience by being all over you with employees, security guards and no freedom whatsoever. I was pleased with the friendliness of the staff and quick service, however, the product specialist, upon my request for a 1:1 (THC/CBD) gummy product for sleep, suggested an Indica gummy product that I initially agreed with thinking it was also a 1:1 product, however, upon looking at it after I left the dispensary, was not the 1:1 product I requested. Sure, I should have checked the package before leaving, but that's not my issue. My issue is on a much larger scale which is very concerning. The product specialist was either not listening, or was not trained properly about the various products available. Based on owning and running a medical cannabis dispensary, I know what I was talking about, and I know I was clear when I made my request to the product specialist. read more
