Cannot recommend this place enough! I walked into today because I've been having multiple issues with piercings done at different shops and they took me in right away. Previously I got a naval piercing but sadly they did not do it right. I had a few friends come to curated for their piercings and they told me I should check it out. Right away as I walked through the door Jenn and her staffs greeted me with a welcoming smile. I told Jenn that previously a piercer (from a different shop) messed me up, and I have a dark scar and if she can't pierce me I understand. She explained that the previous piercer didn't do the piercing correctly and she apologized for their mistake. Her staffs showed me the different jewelries, and something I respect so much about this place is that they do not up charge you for something so small, because I've seen piercing places up charge $20-30 for a Diamond stud or something like that, but not here. I chose my jewelries and Jenn took me to her area and it was so calm and I did not feel under pressure at all. She explained the healing process, what to expect, etc. I really appreciate everything she told me and I LOVE her and the staffs personality honestly it's like a big family. She marked me and did the piercing so smoothly. Her staffs came and we talked about all the different piercings there are. I honestly wish I can live here because it is that fun, professional, and comfortable. Everyone there is amazing and I give them all of my trust. it's insane how talented lisa is. i went in for my helix about three months ago and she made the process sooo pleasant. didn't take long, didn't really hurt, and she had me come in after three weeks to get a shorter bar, free of charge. recently i had a haircut and the barber was really rough with my ear so i got an irritation bump but i came in and lisa completely removed it, minimal pain. she also replaced the jewelry that was inside. anyways she's super professional and super kind!! i cannot stress enough how good this place is read more
