I contacted this company, based in Davis, on line. Their advertised phone number {(530)489-4802} didn't seem to work. Someone got back to me and made an appointment to come to my home to give me an estimate. On the date of the appointment, no one ever showed up. An hour and a half later, I tried calling and again no answer. I immediately received a text asking how they could help. I explained what had happened and no one ever got back to me. I messaged again the next day and still no one has ever responded or gotten back to me!! Either this company is something of a SCAM, or they have absolutely PISS-POOR business practices. I'm afraid I can NOT recommend them in any way!! read more

Courteous, prompt, conscientious (clear explanations for services offered, including pictures demonstrating where they feel we could benefit), and they did excellent work on our outside windows, house pressure wash, and solar panel cleaning. All the work was great, and the solar panel cleaning was a revelation - before/after pics dramatically improved - embarrassed to say we didn't know you needed to clean them but we anticipate better energy efficiency and will do regularly going forward. We were happy enough that they are coming back next week now to do insides of windows, gutter flush (pics show a need!) and removal of some moss on areas of the roof. Great outfit! read more

We knew we would have considerable had considerable "deferred maintenance" needing attention. The work used two crews over two half days. The roof work included removing all the moss, clearing the gutters and uncovering some squirrel damage. They did a great job and the roof hasn't looked this good since its installation. The second team cleaned the outside of the windows and cleared out the cobwebs, dirt etc. around the windows and cleaned the screens. They also cleaned off my solar panels. A great job on all counts. I was very impressed with the work and with the positive, helpful attitude of the whole team. I will come back to them during the year. read more

We are grateful to have our gutters cleaned especially as a rain storm moves through our area. Two gentlemen arrived ON TIME stated it would be 3.5 hours to complete all window cleaning inside and outside. Very proper men, great work ethic & dedicated to giving a quality job. They both worked constantly and the pure clean windows speak for their effort. I recommend this company. I was so impressed by the quality (job & people) that I am having them come back to clean my solar panels in April. Unfortunately we had a bad experience with Jeff Likes Clean Windows. Our windows actually looked good but we paid for the window tracks to also be cleaned and we were less than satisfied with that service. The tracks were left filthy and the window sill worse than how they found it. I reached out to them and at first they were apologetic, and offered to have the team come back but I had already cleaned 3 window tracks on my own, so I asked for a discount instead and they completely ignored me and didn't return my multiple emails. Poor customer service. I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service as well as their response. read more

I just got my solar panels cleaned by Jeff Likes Clean. It had been a few years so I know they were bad and my roof is really steep and it is really hot today. None of that was a problem. They arrived on time, were very friendly and easy to talk to. They worked very hard and left my solar panels really clean. I could tell it was a difficult job for them, but they did not complain and it was clearly important to them to do a good job. I was impressed and feel that I made the right choice to use this firm. We had this company do our windows inside and out and then gutters on the next day. They are great! We have had them off and on for years but it has been a while. The two window guys were Julian and Bryce and then Julian came back for the gutters with another guy whose name I did not get. They are so professional and really thorough. We honestly were shocked at how bright it was in our house after they were done. The windows were crystal clear. They showed us pics of the gutters before and after and what an improvement! Just had to comment. I just requested a quote from Jeff's for inside/outside window cleaning and gutter cleaning for my 1000sq ft one story home. Last Nov 2021 I paid $378. This year the quote is $950!! Unbelievable. I guess I won't be using Jeff's in the future. This senior has officially been priced out. I'm not one to write many reviews, but I felt it was important to write one about Jeff Likes Clean Windows & Gutters. We just had our roof and gutters cleaned by them and we couldn't be happier. Our gutters were packed with debris and the roof was covered with leaves. By the time Julian and Bryce were done, not only were the gutters completely cleared and the roof clean, but all of the debris and leaves in the yard were picked up and removed as well. Expensive service but beats clogged gutters and structural damage. The severe weather we had this winter makes it imperative to keep up maintenance. The only issue I have is that when cleaning up after they left I found a broken roof tile in the grass. When questioned, the response was that tile roofs break and the pieces go into the gutters. I've owned three homes with tile roofs and the only reason the edge breaks on tile is that someone didn't walk on the proper area of the tile. Since they didn't communicate the breakage and then tried to foist off an excuse that tile just breaks, I won't be using them again. read more

I highly recommend Jeff Likes Cleaning Windows. My windows were extremely grimy before and now they are so squeaky clean that they look brand new. (They are 12 years old.) The team that came (Blake and Liam) were extremely polite, courteous and professional. They talked me through their process so that I know what to expect. They wore cleanroom booties inside the house. They put towels down to protect the floors. They also helped point out some window component aging issues for me to keep an eye on. The tips they provided were very helpful and appreciated. I was so pleased with them that I'm looking into the company's other services. If I could give 0 stars I would. Jeffs's crew came to clean my windows for double the price of any other company. I was unhappy with the service last year but decided to give them a second chance. I made a mistake. Water spewing for hours outside (bad for the drought and my water bill), dead flies, and mud in the window sills. I wrote this in a review and received a call from Jeff's wanting to downplay the problem and making it my fault that the package I chose didn't include "fly removal" from the sills. No apology, no need to ensure customer satisfaction, and a "you have the day you deserve" response when I asked the woman to not waste any more of my time with her self-serving comments. Next time, I'll pay another company half the price for much better service -- fool me twice? Never again. read more

The team that was supposed to clean gutters showed up 45 minutes late, and when they arrived, was belligerent and insisted on arguing that it was our fault that we had an incorrect number in the "system" just after I had confirmed with the office that they had two correct phone numbers. Given the poor attitude and desire to argue, I had no interest in having people work in my home. Just terrible attitude. So bad for a company we had used before and seemed to do good work.
