They scheduled a time to arrive but never showed up. I cancelled my order and four days later I finally get an email apology and confirmation of cancellation. I emailed back that I would like to give them another chance and to give me an available date. A+ positive experience. The service had to be split across two days because of rain. The second day the workers sat through the rain in their trucks until it stopped, then got right to work. I used A+ window and Gutter cleaners last week. Their quote was reasonable, unlike their competitor. Patrick, Cody and Bill were professional and communicated well throughout their service. They even interacted with my crazy dogs! The windows, screens and sills were spotless. Large chunks of roof moss was removed and gutters were cleaned. They have recently changed ownership but I not see any drop off in service from the last few times I've used A+. Leslie, in the office, was also great to work with. Very accommodating and responsive. Their communication manners are lacking. I had to call them to ask: 1.) When I was going to get on their schedule because days had gone by after I had emailed approved their quote for gutter cleaning. 2.) What their plan was because day of cleaning rain was occurring & I had a tile roof. Oh yeah, they did need to re-schedule. After re-scheduling they informed me they were running behind schedule so couldn't arrive when promised. I couldn't be at my rental property to supervise their work due to another commitment so I requested pics. Later in the day, I contacted my tenants to confirm work was done. They said no one showed up. Later that night A+ texted me work was done and I could Venmo payment. I said no payment until I see pics and then go out to my property to verify because my tenants said you were a no show. The next day I drove to my property. Nope gutters weren't cleaned. I took pics to send them. They sent me pics of the wrong house. So they cleaned someone's else's gutters but thought it was my house. Their pics were of a 2 story house. My house is one story. A+ had all this information. I did get an apology but no explanation for their giant mis-step. read more

I am not sure this guy knows how to run a good business. We called and had to leave a message as no one answered the phones. After 2 days I received a call back, I wanted to make an appointment to have my gutters cleaned, after discussing things about the size and type of house, I was given a cost of $125.00 to $150.00. I was okay with that cost. He then said they are busy for a few days and would call me back to let me know when they could come out. 2 weeks went by and we did not get a call, so I cleaned the gutters myself. All of a sudden one morning 2-1/2 weeks later about 9:00 in the morning our doorbell rings, then we hear people on our roof and wonder what is going on. We open the door to see people on our roof and ask what's going on? He said we are here to clean your gutters. We said, no you are not, we already cleaned them because you NEVER called us to set an appointment. They were surprised and finally got off of the roof and left.
