The plan worked in sessions starting with decluttering and making piles of what should stay, go or be donated. They do the work but you make the decisions. After that they assign categories for your items and Stasia comes to draw out a design. Once you approve they begin installing and placing your items in their new homes! Heather works hard, keeps you working hard, but takes her lead from you. In other words, no worries about her coming in telling you what you "must" get rid of... instead, she helps you consider the pro-cons of keeping something and lets you decide. If you hang on to something, she helps you to come up with systems to keep things in an orderly and accessible place. Also, other organizers immediately wanted me to buy things (for example, expensive Pottery Barn wall system)-- Heather has worked with my many plastic tubs, ziplock bags, folders I already have, etc..... (I have a Staples fetish) to help me create my systems. I have used Heather in every area of my home-- attic, basement, garage, home office, bedrooms, closets- you name it, we've worked it over! I am terrible at maintenance - so now that I have my "systems" in place, I schedule periodic visits to get things back in place. It is exhausting at times, but feels great afterwards! Our home was broken into so we figured we'd look into getting a security system. probably should…read morehave done that BEFORE the break-in, but we live in a nice area... so we looked at a couple different companies, including adt and comcast, but we didn't like what they offered / pricing / lack of local service / comcast is the devil, etc.. so we decided to go with someone reputable + local. These guys use really good systems (we looked at some other reviews about 2gig), everything is monitored 24/7, and they use the alarm.com app so we can arm/disarm from our phones, bonus. we also got a camera for inside near the door, and we can see the live feed from anywhere. They guy who gave us the quote over the phone knew his stuff and was really helpful, and they scheduled an installer to come out the next day. The install probably took 2-3 hours, everything looked clean and professional, and he showed us how to use everything before he left. they had some cool home automation stuff, like door locks and a smart thermostat that we might add later, my fiance was all about it. they called the next day to make sure everything was to our liking. pretty much a perfect experience.

It has an auto light focus which is good because my security lights dont interfere. These guys came in and finished in one day.
