anthony and the nature company are amazing!! we cannot say enough wonderful things about our recent…read moreexperience with them for our daughter's 4th birthday party (on-site). leading up to the party, anthony was really great to work with, very responsive, kind, and easy going. it was our first time planning a children's birthday party and i sent a constant stream of emails every time i thought of something (annoying, i'm sure!). but anthony quickly and graciously answered them all, which i really appreciated. on the day of the party, we arrived early to set up and the space was beautifully decorated. we didn't need to bring anything (we added a few themed items, but it was completely unnecessary). the space is beautiful and warm, and the animals were very cool/cute (even the Madagascar hissing cockroach, haha) and the kids all loved Anthony's wonderful and engaging presentation of each one. there was also a great playroom for the kids to burn off some of that cupcake energy afterward. we highly recommend the nature company in general, and for parties especially. you won't regret it!

There is so much for kids to do! The first floor has a big ball pit, slide, swings and lots of other things to keep the kids busy. My daughter was having a great time exploring everything. The party was on the second floor, and this is where my daughter found her favorite activity -- the bead pool. She sat there for almost an hour picking out different beads and making necklaces and bracelets. She loved it so much and probably would have stayed there even longer if she could! She also really enjoyed building with the wooden blocks. They had big foam blocks out on the terrace too, which she had fun building with. I liked that there was a good mix of things to do. It wasn't only running around and climbing. Kids could also sit, build, create and just enjoy doing their own thing. The birthday room was really spacious too. There was plenty of room for the kids and parents, as well as space for food, decorations and activities. It never felt crowded. I also liked having the bead pool, wooden blocks and foam blocks on the same floor as the party room. The kids could enjoy different activities and still stay close to the party. The third floor was closed when we visited, so we didn't get to see that part. But honestly, there was already so much going on that my daughter didn't even get a chance to try everything that was open. We really enjoyed our time at Space Club. My daughter had a great time at the birthday party, and we left feeling like we still had more to see and do. We would definitely come back for a family day and spend more time exploring. It's also a really nice option for a kids' birthday party, especially if you want a place with plenty of room and different activities to keep the kids happy. Check-in and check-out are very fast and efficient. Once you've created an account on their website, you simply provide your phone number at check-in and again at check-out, and that's it. You can use the credit card on file or choose a different payment method. The only thing that wasn't very clear was how the lockers work. You need to bring your own lock if you want to secure one. We didn't have a lock, and I didn't see many lockers actually locked, but we had no issues. A quick explanation at arrival would have been helpful. In terms of cleanliness, I actually had a very positive experience. During the two hours we were there, I saw multiple staff members actively cleaning the space several times, including common areas and play zones. That said, beads in the bead room do tend to scatter everywhere. While the space was generally clean, the loose beads can be a potential slipping or choking hazard and could benefit from closer monitoring. Outside food and drinks are allowed, which is a huge bonus compared to other indoor play spaces that require you to purchase everything from their café. The café itself is nice, spacious, and clean. High chairs are available, and there's plenty of seating for adults to relax while kids play. The bathrooms are spacious as well, though not all of them have changing tables. Overall, Space Club offers tons of engaging activities and clearly succeeds at keeping kids happy--mine had an amazing time and ran around nonstop for the full two hours we were there. I also appreciated how warm and cozy it felt on a frigid winter day. It's open seven days a week, 365 days a year, which is especially great for school closure days that fall on a Monday when many museums and other attractions are closed. We'll definitely be back.

We went there for an event and the staff ensured everyone was taken care of and had a wonderful time. 2. The location. The courts are located on the 4th floor of City Point and what makes that cool is you can explore shopping, food, and movies before or after your tennis session, all within the same building. We did just that and it added to the experience. 3. The cleanliness of the facility. Everything from the courts to the restrooms were top notch. 4. The trainers. We got to meet and work with a couple of different trainers. They were engaging, warm, and could clearly teach any level.
