Space Club in Fort Greene, Brooklyn, is an absolute disappointment and a potential ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) violation that needs to be investigated and shut down until brought up to compliance. Went a few months ago when they first opened. The building has three floors and no elevator, making it impossible for families with disabilities, mobility challenges, or adaptive strollers to access the space safely. Each floor has multiple stair landings ...roughly six flights in total and there are no accommodations in place. This is a clear failure to meet ADA accessibility standards for a public family venue. As a mother, it was physically exhausting and unsafe to carry my autistic toddler up and down all those stairs, especially while also assisting my child's grandmother, who struggles with mobility and had great difficulty managing the steps. Families should never have to choose between inclusion and safety, yet this facility makes that impossible. Beyond accessibility, this environment is not autism or sensory friendly. It's overwhelming, loud, and poorly designed. The "bead pit" is an obvious tripping and choking hazard beads were scattered across floors, staircases, and the entrance. It literally felt like stepping on Legos barefoot while balancing a child in your arms. For children with sensory sensitivities, this kind of setup can trigger distress, meltdowns, or injuries. The first floor ball pit is another major safety risk. The entire climbing structure including the ladder and slide is made of metal with no padding. While trying to play with my child, my foot became jammed between the metal bars hidden under the balls, and it swelled immediately. I could barely walk afterward. No play space should expose parents or children to such preventable injuries. The staff never cleaned or maintained the area, the café was overpriced and nearly empty, and several swings and play structures were broken. The lack of supervision and upkeep shows complete disregard for guest safety. Only one bathroom on the main floor was working. The rest were out of order. Adding insult to injury, the owner announced a "members-only" policy that would have restricted weekends to non-members and made Monday through Friday for members only. The cost was outrageous -- $3,229 per year, $299 per month, a $299 annual sign-up fee, and $99 per additional sibling. For a facility that isn't ADA compliant or inclusive of children with disabilities, these prices are exploitative and unethical. After public backlash, the owner retracted the policy but then sent an unprofessional email to all customers titled "we f*cked up." That language alone shows a stunning lack of professionalism and respect for families. Overall, Space Club is unsafe, discriminatory, and poorly managed. It excludes children with disabilities, endangers families, and fails to meet ADA Title III accessibility requirements for public spaces. The City of New York and ADA authorities should immediately investigate this business for noncompliance and safety risks. Until this facility installs an elevator, ensures sensory-friendly design, and meets proper safety and maintenance standards, it should not be allowed to operate. I will never return and strongly urge other families especially those raising children with disabilities or sensory needs to avoid this establishment entirely. I'd love to give it zero stars but unfortunately can't. The only positive I can say was the bathroom was clean with a nice changing table And they have lockers. That's it. Highly disappointed.

Second fl outdoor area that is not cold. Bouncy balls.

Huge modern play area, sand room, laser tag and arcade room including claw machines. The admission price is a bit pricey compared to others, open play costs $42.99 + tax for kids 3 feet and taller and 1 adult. Additional adults cost $18.99 each. It does include unlimited time as others are usually 2 hours max and it includes laser tag. Place is very large, has drinks and a small gift shop (toys, gifts etc). Place is modern and clean for now... until the next new indoor playground ground opens up.

The decor was amazing! It matched what we saw in their website and Instagram. It also came with pizza and juice for the kids and unlimited play. I was allowed to bring additional food and other snacks and they were kind enough to help me set up and plate the food. One tip would be to confirm the arrival of the pizza time. Our was suppose to arrive at 1230 (party started at 12) and it didn't arrive until 130 because of the rain. The pizza is ordered from a pizza shop so it had to be delivered. They were super nice and apologetic about it. The play area is huge and something for everyone. Although it might be hard to track your kid. It also felt cleaner than other indoor playgrounds that we've been too. We would definitely be back!

Decor was 10/10 for the private room. Service from my private host, Luca, was really the best! There was a parking lot as well. Game cards included for kids, character came to visit, kids played around, pizza and beverage for all guest, cotton candy, they got the cake for me, and really good service from staff. Sidebar, everyone loved the pizza. At the end, they cleaned and packed up the gifts for me. Did I mention the good service? lol Definitely made the right choice coming here. Place wasn't too big but definitely clean and organized. Staff communication was great as well before hand. I'd recommend to others.

The facilities are clean, well maintained and the staff is engaged and helpful. There's a larger area with slides, maze, obstacles and ball area. This is one of the best kids courses I have ever went to with my daughter who is 2 years old…read more Everything is toddler friendly and safe. The whole space is very clean too! I cannot believe how clean it was. The good thing about this place is that it is safe where you can place your stroller and shoes by the entrance without any worries of it being lost. You got to sign a waiver before you go in and pricing is a few dollar difference between 4 years and up and 3 years and below. It is a fixed price with a free adult for each kid that lasts the whole day. They give you green bracelets for each person to enter the place. So my favorite was the slides! All the slides were designed well and I felt great drops with the purple slide! The purple slide reminded me of a mini rollercoaster. I had to go on the slide with my daughter and she had so much fun! She was screaming ecstatic! There was also the black slides that lit up and my daughter and I went on it so many times! They light up the whole time and it was a lot of fun. Besides the slides there were courses with a lot of pit balls for you to fall into. The pit call courses weren't that deep when you fall into them so they were safe for my daughter who is still really tiny. Some of the courses were challenging but they had ropes on the sides for you to grab onto for assistance. There was also a round glass floor as you reach to the top. My daughter and I were a bit scared to walk on it but eventually got over it and was on top of it. It was a very sturdy piece of glass but I was holding onto my daughter still! There are few claw machines in this place that require tokens or a card that you can purchase and put an amount on. Also a Flying Apple Photo Booth was among one of the machines. I'm my daughter and I went inside and I did not know the mini bench to sit on was that slippery until my daughter fell down to the floor. The camera does not meet the eyes at all so you need to readjust in a position that is very uncomfortable. Also I had to carry my daughter the whole time the pictures were being taken in the booth or else her eyes and head would have been cut off. Sucks. Wish the camera lens was in a better position. Also the pictures were very tiny when I saw them come out. At least there were 2 copies so that was good. I will come here in the near future and do recommend this place for any toddler or kid who want to be wild and free!
