An awesome place to have a kids birthday party! Less stress and planning for the parents, more fun and running around for the kiddies. The facilities are clean, well maintained and the staff is engaged and helpful. There's a larger area with slides, maze, obstacles and ball area. This is one of the best kids courses I have ever went to with my daughter who is 2 years old. Everything is toddler friendly and safe. The whole space is very clean too! I cannot believe how clean it was. The good thing about this place is that it is safe where you can place your stroller and shoes by the entrance without any worries of it being lost. You got to sign a waiver before you go in and pricing is a few dollar difference between 4 years and up and 3 years and below. It is a fixed price with a free adult for each kid that lasts the whole day. They give you green bracelets for each person to enter the place. So my favorite was the slides! All the slides were designed well and I felt great drops with the purple slide! The purple slide reminded me of a mini rollercoaster. I had to go on the slide with my daughter and she had so much fun! She was screaming ecstatic! There was also the black slides that lit up and my daughter and I went on it so many times! They light up the whole time and it was a lot of fun. Besides the slides there were courses with a lot of pit balls for you to fall into. The pit call courses weren't that deep when you fall into them so they were safe for my daughter who is still really tiny. Some of the courses were challenging but they had ropes on the sides for you to grab onto for assistance. There was also a round glass floor as you reach to the top. My daughter and I were a bit scared to walk on it but eventually got over it and was on top of it. It was a very sturdy piece of glass but I was holding onto my daughter still! There are few claw machines in this place that require tokens or a card that you can purchase and put an amount on. Also a Flying Apple Photo Booth was among one of the machines. I'm my daughter and I went inside and I did not know the mini bench to sit on was that slippery until my daughter fell down to the floor. The camera does not meet the eyes at all so you need to readjust in a position that is very uncomfortable. Also I had to carry my daughter the whole time the pictures were being taken in the booth or else her eyes and head would have been cut off. Sucks. Wish the camera lens was in a better position. Also the pictures were very tiny when I saw them come out. At least there were 2 copies so that was good. I will come here in the near future and do recommend this place for any toddler or kid who want to be wild and free! read more

We are here in this lovely new happy facility place for a birthday party. First impressions are the excellent high-quality of maintenance of everything because it is so new and well thought out with quality structures, installations, and thoughtful features everywhere. Parking is very easy on Stockton Street with Myrtle Avenue parking nearby and copious amount of readily available parking. They have validated parking on floor 2 above the business indoors for $10 for 4h, a very helpful one for cover. Its entrance is on Myrtle Ave. For birthday parties, they have two birthday rooms, 1 smaller sized for about 12 children and 2 large sized easily holding over 30 children plus 1-2 parents each. Services, including custom cake, and pizza and decorations and water bottles and apple juice box service, among so many other custom ones. Installed are photo backdrops and some default birthday decorations and other birthday celebration paraphernalia. Special thanks and nods to the staff for high-quality service and for every service and for enabling such a fun zone for the kids. The cleaning staff are constantly busy and their dedication and labor show. The bathrooms are especially important because so many Urban Air and competitors cannot keep up in the bathroom department. It is especially in portant because everyone is wearing socks. I well recommend this business for a great fun time in safe well maintained facilities for your kids. I came here for my son who wanted to visit for the longest. It was also his birthday yesterday and he did have an amazing time, however I was not really sure comfortable with my experience there. I'd like to start off by saying the place is very clean and I called before going because apparently they close for private events/parties. Open play was available and it wasn't crowded at all. The kids had such a great time but this place is geared specifically for children 10 or maybe 12 and under. Any older, it may not be enjoyable. Arcade games are so expensive. VR set is $5 per player rather than for both seats the game holds. The claw machines are fun and it's a winner every time but the cost to get a small plushie is $8. The excitement of a child winning a plushie on their own is cute and I liked that. The reason for my 3 star rating is because they do not sell food of any type. They have a vending machine with beverages that DO NOT accept cash at all or coins. The Gatorade is $3 and a Costco brand water $1.50. Since the machine doesn't take cash you can use card, they take $10 out of your account just to get a $1.50 water. I swiped my debit card 3 times ($30.00) because the employee assured me it doesn't take $10.00 out of your card. I decided to check my bank account and sure enough it took those $10.00 3 separate times and I only got 1 water. The manager assured me it's just a "Safety feature" the vending machine has and I'm like what? I've never heard of this. Those charges are still on my account a day later so I have to dispute that now with my bank. The young female employee doesn't know what she's doing, she's just answering questions as if she knew the answers. There's a big ball pit area in the back which is super cute but I noticed signs all over saying it's for children under 6. Wrong! The employees told everyone they can go back there if they wanted to as the play place was getting crowded. There was a mom there with a small toddler who had just arrived and she left 30 minutes in because so many big, wild spirited children were back there playing roughly and I felt so bad. That toddler had a paid admission and didn't even get to enjoy it. I saw everyone drinking and eating their own food in the front area with chairs so you can bring your own food and drinks inside. I wish I would've known this ahead of time but this is why reviews like mine should be written. Details matter and I could've saved $30.00 on 1 bottle of water, Ha! There's a little boy who plays in there and his mother works there. She needs to watch her child! The entire time he was physically harming older children including mine. My son is autistic and doesn't have tolerance for someone putting their hands on him. I spoke to him and told the boy to please go away and leave him alone. The boy said "My mom works here so I can stay wherever I want" I just left it alone. He's a child but not a nice one. So be careful because he's always there and he does hit quite often. Overall 3/5 stars because kids enjoy it but A LOT needs to be implemented. (Toddler play area, Food, vending machine chargers, owners son hitting children etc....) I'd probably come back for sure to let the kids burn off energy. I went at 2pm on a weekday and it got super crowded close to 5pm. It's $21.99 for a child with 1 free adult. They don't actually check which adults come in and out anyway and they don't watch any children. My nephew who's also autistic almost ran out the front door when he got tired of playing. read more

We finally made it to flying apple for a bday party! What a crazy space. There's definitely something exciting for every kid here! Our son is 5, which seems to be the perfect age for their activities. We couldn't get him out of the interactive ball pit, not even for pizza. Had to bribe him with cake to move from one activity to another. They have a monthly package that we contemplated joining. Okay, as an adult it's hard to fully enjoy a place like this, but for the kids.... WOW!!! There are a couple of games, obstacle courses, slides and more! There are no socks allowed, so you have to put your shoes in the cubby or carry them around in a bag or something. They do have shoe covers you can buy -- but there seems to be an inconsistency of folks getting it free. But the place seems super fun, the staff were really friendly, and my niece's birthday room space was well-attended to. The prep and cleanup process was efficient too! The entrance is a little tight, which I feel like could be a complaint. Space is usually a hassle in NY, but this building is big... maybe some moving around could make the space flow better! What a fun place for kids to come and burn all of their energy. I really enjoyed this place as it was an opportunity to have fun indoors. They had a ball pit, slides and indoor climbing for little ones. I came early and it was fairly empty so my little was able to explore with not as many kids tlrunning around. The space requires being shoeless and there seemed to always be a staff member cleaning areas which is great. You can also host birthday parties which is great too. Nice place for kids .. i would say ages 8 and under anything over that would get bored quick i went there Mother's Day weekend and they were letting the kids make crafts. Pretty nice play space. It was clean (always important) and had a good diverse amount of activity types for different age kids. Went with a few different aged kids - a 3 yr old, 7 and 8. They all loved it and had fun. Felt safe as well. Only downside was it was very crowded on a Saturday afternoon so was very hectic. read more

Just had a bday party here, one of the best we had for my daughter. The place is super accommodating. Staff all work really hard and very nice to all our guests. Our host Lisa gave her A game at our daughter's party. We got the basic package but they dressed up the room like I paid premium in most places. Very nice balloons all color-coordinated. Great for a day pass. I'm not sure if it's great for parties. The parties are only 90mins- not 2 hours like most places. The space is very nice but they lack customer service skills. Also both nearby bathrooms were out of service and the nearest was on the opposite sides of the space - so my son's grandmother has limited mobility so this was a major problem for us. Also they never mentioned shoe covers were available so many of my guests went into their bathrooms with socks on after asked the host if guests could at least wear shoes in the bathroom since children are known for having bathroom accidents- this was also not addressed. Had my son's 5th birthday recently and they provide small water bottles for kids. Nothing for adults. Kids n' Shape in queens offers water and pitchers of juice throughout the event for all guests. The hosts do not seem very attentive, more like they are on a schedule to get you out of the room. Guests were running late, especially considering parking in the area is pretty bad. The male hosts was pretty helpful , the other females made us feel rushed. The incorrect number balloon was in our party room. We asked for a replacement - never happened. The host took photos and most of them are lack luster, she never said she was going to take photos of guests and send them to me, so most of the guests are not in the photos. You can tell it's more of a cash grab than actual an event space. Having utilized other party spaces , I would say there are better options but for the costs and the space. The space was great for the various age groups within our party but I probably wouldn't do another birthday for my son there. I like venues where I can do less, but that comes at a higher price point so be clear on your expectations for your event beforehand. read more

This place is horrible, unprofessional & I do not suggest ANYONE bring their children here especially if they're celebrating a birthday. My cousin came to this place today for her 5th birthday & was left outside in the cold crying because they (closed the place) for a private event. Now that's not the issue, the issue is my family called earlier in the day & was told it's ok to come by before 8pm. My family was there by 6:10, so why was the door closed In front of their face. We called management & all they could offer was tickets for another day & apologized for the miscommunication. Well that's not good enough!!!because my cousin 5th birthday was ruined & to hear that she was crying is horrible!!. No child should have to experience this on their birthday. read more

This establishment is so BEAUTIFUL!!! From front to back everything is brand new and kept so clean and maintained. I celebrated my son's toy story theme here and the owner Christina was so helpful and understanding with me. I was able to contact her non stop about aby ideas I had. Her team executed my son's party room to PERFECTION!!! It went above my expectations and you can tell they were invested in what we thought. Our dedicated host Jazz was extremely sweet and helpful, the kids loved her. She was very interactive and super attentive. This establishment is so big the kids didn't even need to explore the entire area to get the most of the experience/get tired. Overall I am more than satisfied with the entire execution it was well worth every cent (a lot cheaper than other establishments as well).
