It is spiced with cardamom, which is supposed to be good for your stomach after a meal like this. Oh, and the heat level. We ordered no heat in the butter lamb, so it just had a hint of spice. I ordered a three out of five on the lamb biryani, and it made my face sweat, but it was so delicious. The raita served with it cut the heat somewhat. My mom, sister and I each got different bowls and found them to be ok. I was a little disappointed at the ratio of chicken to rice-there was so much rice! The flavor was good, although a touch too spicy for my liking. All in all, I think it might be a great place if the menu is what you like. I might return and try something different.
