She was very friendly and she took her time - I did not feel rushed at all. I also had to take my toddler with me because the sitter canceled at the last minute - he is pretty well-behaved and was in the stroller the whole time and we didn't have any issues, which I very much appreciate. The front desk staff is also very friendly and easy to work with. I can't speak to any of the other services (i.e. general dermatology, surgical dermatology, or cosmetic), but I can definitely recommend them for the full-body skin check. And don't forget to wear sunscreen and re-apply!

Not wanting to drive 45 min to their main office, we checked our Medicare book and found Vivida was listed. The initial appt for us went well and they found BCC on me. After a biopsy was done, I get notified that Vivida is not under contract with my insurance provider, Inner Mountain Health, and I would need a referral from my PCP. That required an appt with my PCP which took a week. My PCP expedited my referral and I get no response from Vivida. After calling numerous times, Vivida cannot find my referral. Now it is 3 weeks after my biopsy, and I still have no response. My finger is almost healed and I still have BCC! Bottom line, we have an appt with my original dermatologist and will drive the 45 min for it. Vivida did email my pathology report to them the same day. Vivida would be better served by confirming insurance before making an appt with anyone. I would not recommend the guys to anyone! Very disappointing!

I've never met Dr. Gunther (the owner), nor do I plan to after having met Deb, who I consider to be an effective provider and is trained, licensed and credentialed to practice out of this office. In my derm provider, I look for the following attributes: inquisitive, compassionate, no frills practice style and a preventive focus. Deb was all encompassing of these attributes and more. She took an ample amount of time to get to know me, my concerns and understand my life style. She was understanding of the fact that my schedule doesn't allow me to have a traditional day and night routine and that we would need to work around this for success. She suggested a chemical peel would be the way to go and I was happy to learn it was to be in office without the lavish facial component that would up my cost. It is something I carry with me every single day. Over the years, I have seen many doctors, even traveling outside of the country searching for answers, help, or simply understanding. Sadly, many experiences left me feeling dismissed, unheard, and hopeless. Some doctors barely listened before rushing me out the door. Others made me feel like I was wasting their time. After a while, it became emotionally draining to keep asking for help while feeling invisible. Meeting PA Cyril Joseph changed that experience completely. CAUTION FRAUD!! I am beyond frustrated with this doctor's office. What makes this even worse is that we have no idea what this charge is for. We have not received a bill, statement, or any communication whatsoever. And how do they have my card information saved 3 years later? No patient should wake up to find almost $1,000 missing from their account without warning or consent. If there was a legitimate balance owed, why weren't we contacted? Why wasn't a bill sent? Why was money simply taken from our account years after the fact? This situation feels incredibly dishonest and has completely destroyed our trust in this practice. We are disputing the charge and expect a full explanation immediately.
