This is unacceptable timeframe to get over a quote. We did not have any confidence that we will be able to get a hold of him during the project. I knew it would be 2 hours roughly before a person could be allocated and here, but the utterly abysmal customer service, response, and AI bullshit has pushed me away from this company. If I call you for assistance then do every single one of your customers a favor and reach out, and or notify them if you have no one available or if a ticket is "on hold" whatever that means! I've used this company twice before and they were decent then, guess companies change. I will never use this company again!
