The actual installation went poorly. Two technicians came to install. We witnessed them damaging our walls and exterior trim of the house and immediately brought it up to them. They tried to argue the damage was already like that but then when they saw us witnessing more damage they told us to contact the company who would take care of it. The company said it was not possible for them to have caused this damage despite us witnessing it and having photos of it. The owner called me and immediately screamed at me on the phone, said it wasn't possible for them to have caused this damage, called me a liar, and hung up the phone. I encourage you to read through the lower star reviews and see how they respond. You will see they are condescending, deny the problem, and blame the customer. Don't be fooled by their prices.
