I bought 2 toilets from Home Depot. At the time of purchase, I paid $333 installation for each toilet. A plumber named Travis showed up for the installations. Travis informed us that each toilet needed a new flange and the installation would be $400 per toilet instead of $333. He would notify Home Depot about billing change. At the time Travis was an employee of White Plumbing but they had no record of him doing my job. So in the end I paid $733 for each toilet installed. Home Depot was never in formed of the extra charges It seems that Travis hacked his employer and stole my jobs. read more

He was very courteous, provided a quote/contract, and solved my basement flooding problem that was exasperated by the previous plumber. We are deeply disappointed in the process in which the White Plumbing Company handled our service request. A request was submitted using our warranty company with an explanation of the issue, specifically for the plumbing line to be snaked. The technician showed up unaware of what the issue was, actually having no information about the issue. After orienting the technician to the issue, he informed me that he did not have a plumbing snake with him and would need to call his boss to find out what can be done. After the call, the technician informed me he cannot do the work as a plumbing snake cannot be obtained today or anytime soon. I have since cancelled my work order with this company and scheduled with another, who now cannot come out for an additional day. How does a plumbing company not own or provide their plumbers a plumbing snake. I'm happy to discuss the issue with the company owner. read more

The White Plumbing' service has gone down hill over the years. I guess the owner grew his business to the point when he doesn't care about his repeat customers because he's too busy to catch new clientele. I've used this company few times over last few years, and was always happy with the honest work and reasonable pricing. Yesterday I was charged $180 for fixing a noise in a toilet flush ( not sure what was done, never saw a bad part taken out of the tank). The guy didn't show up next day to get a slow drain fixed. No show no call. I will never use this company again. It seems like the company has been falling apart because of dishonesty and greed that are driving this business now. read more

Called Mr. White on Saturday night after realizing my water/heater no longer worked and was leaking water. I called several companies and he was the "only one" who actually answered my call (and personally). I do realize it was a weekend but it was good to hear someone's voice. Mr. White is the best service provider I have had in Stafford. He came out and installed a water heater on less than 4 hours notice. We originally had 3 separate tradesman come to the house to figure out the issue. They all had different ideas and none seemed to remedy the problem. Thankfully we had used Mr White through our home warranty company previously and he was referred again. Mr. White came and diagnosed the issue in little to no time.
